The story I heard is that he was caught up in a compliance investigation and quit before he was fired. Same thing happened at Clovis

I don’t know any of the details of what happened at Daichi Sankyo, however, I worked with Simon at Clovis Oncology and nobody could question his integrity as it relates to compliance.

He probably landed a better gig with a substantial product and moved on

Please stop the nonsense. It wasn’t a good fit, he moved on. Pretty admirable move on his part. I wish him the best and I wish you the best.

Hm...Fairness, Integrity? Inclusion? KW, please read.
Simon is hired, tells Enhertu Managers that Injectafer reps aren't to be considered to promote Enhertu. Rationale? Oh... ONLY oncology reps with breast experience are being considered or interviewed. Check the Enhertu resumes guys! WE all know that Enhertu Managers hired whoever they wanted, breast experience or no breast experience. Oh yeah, Corporate responsibility to look internally for equal talent? Please, didn't happen.

    To KW:
Your a great guy but you closed your eyes to all of it. You sold out the iron sales force. Have you ever looked at the resumes of some of your oncology people that sell injectafer? Some of us came to DSI with long term oncology contacts/relationships, and have top performing backgrounds strictly in the field of oncology. We deserved a fair chance to grow professionally. I can only assume that you did not care that you promised your oncology reps that the pipeline would be theirs to sell upon approval.
P.S. At least do the right thing now and pay your "supportive" care reps, (gee love the new name change) the SAME or CLOSE TO the same base salaries that you start the Enhertu team with. WE call on the same people! We work just as hard, it's crap that their bases are WAY higher.
