What are they thinking?? This is going to be a disaster! If RVL launches like our other products we are history! Who is in charge here and what have they been smoking??

Glad somebody started this thread. That call this morning was terrible. Obviously did not think about so many things. The questions were telling. I'm only staying because of my district manager and I'm sure that they are looking as well. What a Jack ass

It’s like no one at the home office had any idea of what they are doing. They must just want to sell the company and get out and retire with their winnings.

RVL is not going to make it. It is just like the other products...equivalents already out there- marketing guys not scientists or medical professionals just “repackaging” the same old molecules and hoping to fool otherwise intelligent Drs. Will be interesting to see PDUFA results. Arbaclofen is an old drug, osmodex who cares? There are so many decongestant eyedrops without a script already out there. Bound to lay-off again before year end. Everyone but the idiots making the decisions gets affected

    Lol
Why did they need to have 3 major layoffs in the last 2 years?

There hasn't ever been a strategy for anything it's literally always been a seat of the pants operation. It's like they wake up one morning and ask themselves what makes the least sense, and then do that thing. And when it doesn't work out, they walk it back and replace it with an equally ridiculous idea. Markinson, JD, and Donlon are fools, and that's why this place has been slowly sinking for the last 2-3 years

Yes but they keep their jobs and even collect salary increases, stock options and bonuses while they slash the salesforce. If they still keep their jobs after a failed RVL launch, the banks That own 65% of this mess get what they deserve.

I think they're trying to do everything they possibly can to get people to resign so they won't have to pay out severances when they finally fold in a few months

    Definitely a possibility

All this "I'm staying because of my manager" bullshit is ridiculous. The managers are all rejects from successful companies and ass kissers to boot. Why do you think they've remained when better, far more competent people have left (voluntarily or otherwise)? It's the bottom of the barrel, and it shows

I'd be mortified to tell people I worked for this dumpster fire of an organization. Also, you can love your manager all you want, but when the place shuts it's doors as a result of incompetent business decisions and total mismanagement, it doesn't matter how much you wanted to hold out for loyalty's sake. You and your manager are both gonna be in the unemployment line, and the c-suite are all gonna be just fine

No doors are shutting! The big issue here lies as follows:

Lack of strategy and leadership! They need to clean house internally and field of losers.

It will be easier to find a new job than wait
For any clean house and new leaders

Remember this: Our greatest weakness is not watching the clock. Become the person with fresh ideas and have the day run you. Don't back down. Dwell on what we sell, not what we can't. Results not outcomes is the goal.
