Metabolic is the worst.DMs are all backstabbers.the culture within metabolics is not employee friendly.
DMs create conflict and disharmony within peers.
Employees are micro managed and harassed on field trips by their asshole DMs.No one has the testicular desire to report them to HR so they continue their harassing practices .

 

What about ophthalmology?

 

It’s definitely not Rheumatology...which is now a horrible division. Tiago ran it into the ground.

 

Women's Health is a good division with a drug that is projected to a blockbuster in the next few years.

 

Rheumtology is definitely the most stressed and disgruntled division. The environment/culture there has become very toxic.
