Is it possible to make 200k+ here?

Hi Guys, just started this year and i heard stories of people making 200k + here esp. for the older reps. Is this true and feasible? The commission structure does seem lucrative here, but only if you can sell. But to make 200k + ... wtf????

can anyone attest to this? what's the average compensation usually?

I would say it's possible but not probable. 125 to 150 is more probable.

IT DEPENDS ON YOUR TERRITORY AND COVERAGE. EVERY TERRITORY IS DIFFERENT. 1st and 2nd Yr I made 114-120
Territory changed less patients - horrible coverage and now I will be lucky to make 100k

Well, yeah, Amarin is barely a pharma company selling a fish oil supplement. What did you expect really?

I did see some "EPA only" fish oil supplements at wal-mart a few months ago. They were on clearance. Not that I believe that the supplements are labelled correctly and that it's extracted using the same painstaking process as Vascepa. I'm damn sure it's not 1g/capsule 120 caps per bottle but I digress............

Honestly, I can't complain about the bonus structure. The base salary and management I can complain about though. My manager may be the most useless man I have ever met. His boss is pretty useless too. Don't even get me started on the Zone VP who has never actually been a rep. How do these clowns get jobs like this? Oh yeah, ponzi schemes and nepotism. (Reps are the Ponzi) If you look far enough below the surface you will find that many of the managers and executives here have worked together at previous companies (completely unsuccessful companies) and that should scare you. There is just enough GREAT science behind Vascepa to make the most amazing Pump and dump stock scams happen a few times over and make these worthless executives a lot of money.

I need to figure out who the guy/gal who went to sell Xarelto is and get a job with them.

Exactly!! That’s why I say Amarin is barely pharma. When your biggest competition is otc a MegaRed, you ain’t a pharma rep, sorry. That’s why the compensation, and quite frankly, the talent is so low.

This product, in the right hands, would be a blockbuster. Amarin can't execute so yeah, I fell duped. I was sitting pretty where I was and then I got a call from a recruiter promising me the world. I'm now searching for other opportunities while I continue to take my beatings from offices regarding coverage. At least now I don't have to look at the M.A's while they berate me. It's virtual.

 

dude what are you smoking? vascepa coverage is the best. virtually all plans are preferred. if you can't sell this, you need to go back to selling dildos
