Leadership is freaking out! The game is almost over. As we all know, sales reps are the backbone..the necessary evil if you will of the company. Without reps there are no FLLs, RSDs, SVPs. All those jobs vanish as well! This is not a GSK thing, it's an industry thing. Reps will find other like employment. Mid and upper management, that's not going to be so easy.

Leader ship is freaking out… Those of us that are in the trenches i.e. sales reps. There is little to nothing to do. Keep the $ coming. Thanks Al, Judy and the rest of Sr leaders.

Leadership is freaking out and like typical GSK "leaders" they seem to always do the wrong thing. They have been pressuring reps to return to the field. They ignore the fact that COVID-19 is spiking across the country and that many offices are not ready for reps to return. They just ignore reality. The sky is green and the oceans are yellow..because we say it is. That is their mentality. Look at old Half-court Horncastle, out in the field with reps taking pictures. Seriously, this guy is an F&%$#ing moron!! And we're supposed to believe that the company cares about its people? About patients? They have lost all credibility.

Not much longer! Massive first wave layoff coming with more after the first wave. Leadership has no clue about this, are in the dark and indeed are worried. Even Hornsucker is going to be out.

Agreed, my FLL is interviewing for positions outside of the company, he advised me and a few other’s
on our team to do the same. Not looking good. Best of luck to us all.

FLL here. Does not look good. Horrible access here to say the least. Could not hit the metrics prior Covid and cannot even imagine what is going to look like. My district should be white spaced or 1 rep per state or two. I’m hanging in here for a package.

The entire Northeast is a shit show, and not because of access. Who in their right mind would live there by choice?

I'm so tired driving corn hwys/byways after 2-3 hours one way, not seeing a single worthy prescribing soul. Doing UPS basically; begging for lunches with tiny potential offices (to justify my job); turn around and drive home another 2-3 hours. Next day rewind and start all over again.

Ditto here. Not a UPS driver I’m a postal carrier. Lit dropper. Most of my offices stopped taking samples years ago. Can’t see anyone. Pretty much closed. I do call some days. Yes, begging for a lunch. Oh we have bean fields also!

Hold on there Skippy.... Do not lump in all the states in the northeast as the same. NY, MA, CT, ME are progressive shit shows. VT? A commune.

Although NH will eventually get there (unfortunately), it still has some sanity. No income tax or sales tax. Most tax is local (as it should be).

Now regarding access to providers? Yea, it sucks but NY, CT and RI are the best of the lot under normal conditions.

This is the new normal dummy. It is over, layoffs huge. Think of the money saved, no more cars, sales force, samples etc. Its a dead end skippy! you should have bailed a long time ago. Now no jobs to go to. Well hate to say I told you so, but, I told you so.

How is it in the Only 2 Offices that are open in my territory. I share this territory with a partner. In all honesty they should white space the State in which I work in. It has been closed for years.
