    At ViiV,

Every day over the past 3 glorious years at ViiV, I log plenty of F2F (no staff only call) calls on Veeva. RSD happy equals happy TAM.

Visit the office and make an attempt—the attempt is F2F call.

My F2F calls worked pre COVID19 and work now. I provide in services for breakfast and lunch which capture activity for my ASOs and pharmacies who like the food and time.

Per GSK/ViiV, I do “Conduct a product discussion according the the GSK selling ways” on paper multiple times per day.

That is what we do at ViiV. Anyone who disagrees is full of it.

It will continue hopefully until I retire in 2-3 years.

note: I’m tired of the bullshit as ViiV always faked calls, even before the expansions. If they retire me, fine. We don’t influence anyone—but the money is good.

ViiV was once an amazing company! There are still a few flashes of it but not enough. GSK has infiltrated and ruined a great culture. Those coming from GSK to ViiV understand and is most likely why they ran. The problem is when people from GSK migrate, they continue to behave like militants. Tyrannical and hyper focused on metrics that are unrealistic. A used car sales mentality. I just don't understand how a vey small company like ViiV which generates billions in sales would allow this to happen. Who's idea was it to hire 75 TAMs?? Those people should be fired! This one decision, which everyone said was a horrible idea, has caused stress and dysfunction among many teams. People cannot concentrate as they worry about the new DTG team...which is a joke because we have floated this team for over six months with no sign of an injectable coming. We all know it's a matter of time before a re-org. It will be very interesting, and probably tragic, when we see who stays and who is let go. Thanks Deborah. Thanks Lynn. Thanks Kristin. You all have demonstrated your lack of ability. Many of us will be thinking about your decisions while we are on the unemployment line. Will you be thinking of us?

Sadly, that is what GSK brought to ViiV. Hope we can all tread water and hang on long enough to retire.

Fink has been down this road many times with Sanofi and Novartis. She leaves a path of destruction and dysfunction and she always finger points her way out of everything. She cost Sanofi millions upon millions with her Primary Care metrix mentality. But yet another company will soon have a management diversity quota tonight and she will he hired to continue her destruction. WERE FINKED!!

We were more than Finked! We were Baxtered and Waterhoused to boot! Fink simply offered up the idea of SOV. A concept that worked well back in the 80's and 90's. As everyone knows, those days are long gone and that model is beyond antiquated. The fact that all three of these women felt it was necessary to expand a company that already had too many TAM's indicates that all three have their heads up their a$$es! They have created a work environment that has placed everyones jobs in a perilous position. Great if you are in your 59 1/2 or in your early 60's. You get a package and retire in style. For those in their 40's and 50's it's scary, unsettling and stressful. Message to our illustrious leadership team (Deborah, Lynn and Kristin), do you realize what you have done to this organization? Do you realize that your decision to expand by 75 has put every field based TAM & RSD in a state of anxiety? Was that what you were trying to accomplish? All three of you should "man up" and hold yourselves accountable. Call a national sales meeting and own your mistake. Try like hell to make it right by offering voluntary severance packages in order to alleviate redundancies. Create new roles in management, analytics, managed care, etc. This company makes billions! Try and do what's right by the people you have screwed over.

Sadly my RSD (JF) brought with her a total primary care mentality, no clue with the disease space, and her saccharine sweet personality is more than annoying.

I am one of those 75 TAM’s. It was a terrible decision to hire us, even if the injection was approved on time as promised (it will be a small market that could have been handled by the existing reps losing Trimeq and Tivicay business hand over fist). That being said, no way I am fired before the reps that were already here before me in my territory - they bring way less than I do to the table. Every day, I make sure the boss lady knows this to be true.

Play the game. Keep the RSD happy, keep the metrics, do the special projects, and ignore the haters. Everyone whether hired 25 years ago, or 10 months are on even footing. There are number of us that just need to hang around for another 12-18 months to retire or receive early retirement/severance packages.

Hopefully that will take care of things for people who want to stay. Happy 4th!

Serious question. Why why why did the company hire an additional 75 TAM's???? How could this have every been a feasible idea? Every ViiV rep screamed to management that this was a poor idea. Now look at what we face. I pray to be able to keep my job. But I many of us are let go, I hop the people who made these decisions are let go as well!

Thank you Fink. And as per usual she will come out of this unscathed and ruined another business unit . This will be her 4th destruction of a company business unit.

With the approval of Rukobia, ViiV announces they will be hiring an additional 75 TAM’s to sell this product. ViiV feels there are at least 1,000 patients, worldwide, that might benefit from Rukobia - a very similar number Of patients might go on to the CAB shot, that was supposed to be approved in December 2019, once it’s approved.

I am concerned about access to ASOs, Infectious Disease. We do call on customers who treat HIV/AIDS patients. COVID19 and immunocompromised will make our already bad access even tougher.

#15. Be careful with the jokes you post. Fink may get another harebrained idea.

Julie in New England on the ViiV team. She’s a runaway train wreck. Her team can’t stand her.

As long as Finks involved you will hover in a mode of uncertainty, poor raises, altered comp plans, finger pointing, blame shifting and total destruction of a business unit. Everything Fink has touched in her career had turned to shit. She's a complete wrecking ball. Wait until she starts waving her arms around on stage. That's when you know the business unit is toast.
