I along with many others are grateful to work here. Doesn't mean that Maria is not a snake. Does not mean Evan is underqualified to say the least. Also does not mean that their hiring of District managers has been questionable at best. Probably more accurately described as a crock of shit. With that said, I like my job. I will put a smile on my face and pretend everything is great and that they are both wonderful people. They really enjoy when you tell them how great they are.

not sure what the ? Meant but the answer to the original question remains a resounding NO. EH supports bad behavior from his managers. Was so hard for so many of us to congratulate MZ with a smile and like and comment on her posts when we know the truth about her. Hard to do but necessary for quality of life and job security.

Evan finally made a good call and cancelled the NSM.

That is why we are moving to a contract sales force. We are happy to grant them their wish and let them stay home. Big changes ahead.

If that happened, it would be the final mail
In the coffin for this company.

It's coming. Lots of small companies will not have full time sales forces after the pandemic. Contract reps are cheap and they don't complain. We learned that lesson the hard way here and it's time to move on.

Wrong! Contract sales force only cares about metrics. These drugs are a hard sale. Red eye is a dealbreaker for many.

Let me give it to you in reader’s digest terms. Pharma sales is one of the greatest swindles of all time.

Smoke and mirrors and marketing hype.

Look at all the annoying drug ads on TV with “actors” portraying patients. And the few real ones are sell outs who get paid.

A long long time ago in a century far far away, drug reps were all men carrying a bag with a pharmacy degree.

Then came the Ken and Barbie dolls. Share of voice. Increase in customer “touches.” Aggressive off label promos. Then, the OIG and DOJ enforced corporate integrity agreements costing big pharma companies billions upon billions. Which lead to Pharma guidelines, sunshine act, etc. And still these machines made tons of money!

All you are is a glorified promo prop wearing a sandwich board.

    Docs don’t need you.

It all comes down to the science which the MSL can handle 100x better than you and the reimbursement account manager who can address coverage 100x better than you.

Consider yourself obsolete. It’s just a matter of time. And time for you is running out…
