Who cares about Kysse? In case you haven't realized this, offices are closing to reps. That means that you soon won't have a job. Does this make sense? The only thing that should concern you is getting out of this company/industry!

Not true for the aesthetics team. We’ve never been busier or in more demand. Driving revenue always outlasts dropping samples.

This place is the classic sinking ship and leadership who does not understand the business at all. It’s just how PE do things. They bring in developmental people to lead who cannot lead and align on anything. No one knows what is going on, no communication, innovation (if you call it that) is non-existent, oversized GBUs are led by dimwits, sales doesn't believe we have a future, teams are working with a skeleton crew, trust is just a word.

Fully commoditized products at Galderma, it's like selling paper clips!

I've never seen such disrespect to senior managers that are hard workers and deliver results. Flemming uses pathetic excuses to make himself look good while he abuses his position of power to have us run around like misbehaved children waiting for their punishment. EQT needs to drain the freakin swamp and get a mentally healthy CEO to help the business without playing narcissist mind games.

No! My RSM was quizzing the team on questions she needed to know to complete a weekly report that EB suddenly required. They were such stupid questions that had very little to do with what we need to launch Kysse or anything about what the competition was doing. She was so mad that I think she could leave.

She sounds like a really strong business manager and a leader. Maybe it’s all the “training” she had? The rsms here are a joke.

Road to failure! Not one good thing has happened since Thomas and Flemming arrived. And it is about to get a lot worse. Wrong decisions are being made. It will cost EQT $$$ and even more $$$$$ to fix.

Flemming, Thomas & Christian are like a cancer to Galderma and need to be pushed out as quickly as possible. They are such slimy, shady, horrible people! The trio have no idea how to run a company and are complete idiots who are completely ruining the business. They created and enabled the incompetent culture that exists today.

Leadership is not a position or title, it is action and example. So why is there none of that at Galderma? Time for them all to go.

Is EB aware that we had a record breaking sales week? Total silence.

Galderma until recently was anything but big pharma. We had a heritage, team spirit, successful results, no big pharma mentality, no micromanagement. Then psycho Flemming came along with r*****s like Thomas and Christian.

People who built this company are sick and tired with the bullshit. The new faces are pushing their world class agenda, living in a fantasy world. The long standing heritage died away and nothing really separates this company anymore from a big pharma company. The newcomers are small thinkers. Playing the big game on too many fronts is the road to failure.

Soon anyone left at this company is zero talent lifers or worthless bottom feeders ridding the wave. Galderma days are over!

never did I think I would see the day that working here would become one of the least reputable position in dermatology...never...but here we are...boards are on fire day after day. This is largely due to poor senior management being appointed...the wrong people being placed in leadership roles and the bottom feeder lifers who either want a severance or not capable of getting a position elsewhere. It’s a sad sad place to be....rip galderma

    I couldn’t agree more!
Anywhere at Galderma stinks. Senior management are self-absorbed losers with illusions of grandeur and intense self-love. I
feel particularly terrible for those who have built this company. Terrible. And it will get worse.
