Empty barrels make the most noise. Generally the loudmouths who make waves through HR have nothing to say except self serving dribble and bad ideas that add up to less work and more bonus. Work with what you have. If that is not OK, then leave. This way you can start complaining on a different CP company site.

In a word, yes, I can’t find another job. Sun only hires incompetent people. That’s all they can get. So when someone gets sucked in, they can’t get out. No one will hire them.
