Coming from med device, trying to understand if the compensation is worth me continuing process. Recruiter said around 170 at plan take home. Is that accurate? How is Chicago market? I've seen mixed reviews on these boards for Interstim roles
it depends on how desperate you are. Good people jumping ship due to competition. Medtronic will always be playing catch up and it’s doubtful you will make much headway with our outdated product or complicated new one. Upper Mgt. Is delusional
So Axonics is winning? How do you feel about the new products Medtronic has coming out in this space? I've been told "any day now". I'm asking because I'm considering a position in the Seattle market. Thank you.
It’s been “any day now” for 2+ years. New product will be difficult to use. Axonics has an easier system. We’ll see? Being the new guy in the space won’t be easy for you. I’d look elsewhere honestly. Good luck!
