Was reached out to about a territory opening in this space. How is this company to work for now a days? Was also told the at plan was in the $240k range for this position which seems really high for really any device role today. Are consistent 200k years being seen here?

Yes, that is the correct starting ball park at plan. Solid product line with many products being leaders in their category or gold standard in the industry (Glidewires, Glidecath, Pinnacle, Angioseal, Transradial access products, etc.). The majority of the salesforce easily clear 200k (typically 65%-85% of the field hit their number each year), with most consistently finishing in the high 200's and 300's.

This is a little higher than accurate on averages, but otherwise close to accurate. 2 out of the 3 sales directors are interesting to say the least.

When do we think layoffs are coming? How long do you think Terumo will continue to pay us when access is nonexistent?

Solpath losses, Ashitaka sterilization problems, TCVS consent degree, TMC warning letters, continuing 483s, poor launch of RP destination with patient death, bad recalls, SAP validation....this list is unending. Got to admire the consistency bro
