How is asking why no diversity should not be called race baiting? Why don’t you answer the question? Why are there only white people on the board? Why?

Good question. BHC Board and Senior Management are all white, so what’s the deal with that? Why no movement?

So weird, when asked straight out why there are no black men/women on the board or management, no lazy lane or artless dodger? Why so mum chum? Surely you both wrote that long and rather ridiculous web post and email blast about how mortified Joe was at George Flloyd’s death. Hmm is it bcuz of something he did in Michigan? Cmon fat joe what’d you do at Perrigo?

You want the full story? Watch the Netflix series “Dirty Money” and the episode “Pharma Short.” Tells you everything you need to know about our beloved company and the foundation it was built on. The short story is, Valeant took decades old generic medications that cost pennies a day and jacked the price up to hundred of thousands per year. Scumbags. And most are still around even after Joe came in and changed the company name.

Fair enough. However, the person who should suffer the most, Mike Pearson, seems to be living the dream. How about that asshole?

It does not make me happy to hear that those people are going to suffer, but it does not make me sad either. I have personally (maybe to the point of selfishly) enjoyed observing and deciphering fact from fiction. I am of the opinion that VRX/BHC does have some promising products and probably some good people too. However, VRX/BHC, as a whole, should be broken up and sold off to the highest bidders. Pay off as much of the debt as possible, while recognizing that some will have to assume some losses. As of today, VRX/BHC seems to be relying on hope, ignorance, bullshit, fraud, and shit products to transform into a respectable company. Relying on hope, ignorance, bullshit, fraud, and shit products has never proven to be a prudent business strategy.

    Best wishes.

If you knew current management you would shudder. Mike and co were no where as incompetent and evil as Joe and crew, plus Joe and co are stupid. Like really, really stupid. Evil too especially Scott, he actually tried to get a pregnant woman fired and abused his assistant who had a sick to the point of a nervous breakdown while at the same time using his own kids as an excuse for making HUGE strategy mistakes. You saw the Christina tape and Seana actually actively ignored material compliance weakness bcuz she was building a $20 million mansion. Feel sorry for them now? Joe and Paul always fly private jet.

The results are going to bomb, we are so off from where we thought we would be and it's not even funny anymore. Joe going to keep blaming old management and then covid, get ready for chapter 11.

I think it’s inevitable, sales are down across the board, none of the suppliers are getting paid and lawsuits piling up. Joe and co have sunk another company. Nice going. Maybe he can run for president next...another useless limp old white turd.

I usually do not defend Joe, but the Q2 numbers are not his fault. Nearly every God damn thing was ordered to shut down in Q2 because of COVID-19. Were you expecting sales to go up during that period as a result?

give me a break! Joe is the one who promised a glorious turnaround all he did was turdaround. If the board has a brain they will retire him now along with his duck and cow

I am not arguing with you. However, drastic decreases in earning should be expected in Q2 from a majority of publicly traded companies, across the board from both well-managed and shit shop companies, because of COVID, period. Heyyyy Joe... Where you going with that gun in your hand.

It’s most likely going to be much worse. Has anyone had a good sale in Q2? We can’t even get in to see doctors. Glad Joe is taking the private jet to Florida.
