    I am genuinely sorry for those who came aboard or stuck around for NASH. Intercept is a toxic hell hole. For financial reasons I hoped it would get approved however it is not all shocking that it did not. Intercept has been an incompetent shit show from almost day one. Good luck to you all-lesson learned.

    This is what happens when you hire fools to head up departments that they have no business leading. Industry rejects at its best. Shame for those who are/were actually talented and dealt with all the bs due to false promises from incompetent execs who don’t know their ass from their elbow and enjoy paying their people in pennies and upholding their misogynist ways. The stock was supposed to make up for the low pay. No reason to stay now unless something positive comes from the next conversation with the FDA. Not holding my breath.

    This company is so fake. RK &DD talk about embracing diversity and most diversity was discarded with the contract team. We don’t even have strong female representation in leadership. What a joke

    The problem with Intercept has been and always will be arrogant and poor senior leadership. Pruz is a doctor not a CEO. His incompetence is widely known and his hubris has doomed this company. Could’ve been bought by Gilead but he and his cronies on the board declined at least twice. People have heard they offered about 300/share. Now look at you. Pathetic. Arrogance and incompetence. That’s Intercept.

    All the executives are ignorant, arrogant and incompetent. All but about 2 from what I hear. JD and DF are the worst. Do not trust their words or fake laughs. Heard many stories about how they operate with layoffs. Heartless, cocky and just plain bad at their jobs. If they were actually good at what they did RK would have been gone. All the toxic leaders would’ve been removed, there would have been leadership training, no pay parity issues.

    They’re going to slash the hell out of 2020 bonuses (field and home office). Not sure why anyone is intent on staying here anymore

    You’re right. I am happy to have a job. Happy to have a job that will provide a paycheck to do absolutely nothing except frantically search for a new job while this place goes up in flames. Thanks for the perspective DD, is that what you’re doing too?

    Really, Why are so many of you people complaining when we still have jobs. They let go of a big group of people who were there much much longer than a lot of the people they kept. They let go of people that worked hard for intercept making less money than all of us, in hopes the contract would be rolled over to permanent position. They led the green team to slaughter. Be grateful we still have jobs or leave and go someplace else.
