    I feel like once I give all the info on how many of my offices are not seeing reps and don’t do virtual lunch, they might figure out they don’t need me. I sense layoffs coming in the next few months.

    You’re realizing this now? Would you be more surprised if you woke up with your head sewn to the carpet?

    You play the game like your job depends on it. You should know this by now. You have access and you can see providers you can’t today. Never tell the truth in a way it can hurt you tomorrow. Things are changing frequently in a good way. Always remember who gets this info once submitted. ZS.

    ZS is collecting data to help Takeda realign the field. Period.

    Good. Hoping for a severance, but if not, maybe a better territory. Mine right now sucks!

    Company has zero chance to get patient on med without me in the mix period.
    This has been even more obvious since the covid mess. I still get patients. It is just different and
    in some ways better. The phone works great if you can sell.

    The company will not sell anything if the rep is not selling it period. I am still selling. It is just different.

    That footprint planning is just a big lie! All of these idiots trying to prove how much better they know each doctor.

    Metrics = lower results

    LMAO! You’re a budding legend in your own mind. You “sell” nothing. If anything you’re getting a polite brush-off, IF anyone actually talks to you in the phone.

    You can lie about access ZS KNOWS the REAL story. That's why during the last lay-off we had all these white spaces; those reps lied about access and were successful.

    Not true numbnut. Docs prescribe when we’re in their face. We’re not and competitors and other companies are. We’re out mucho dinero with every script lost — Takeda can use the pandemic as an excuse to lay-off

    Most of you are in denial, But it’s understandable. They simply don’t need reps like they did before Covid. Access has gone to hell, we know it and they know it. They could let go about 50% to 75% of us and never miss a beat! VE is shit, on its best day. Why we haven’t had a MAJOR lay-off is beyond me, or even a reduction in pay. Between COVID and the regular flu, this Fall and Winter will be hell!

    If you aren’t able to access your key physicians they YOU are correct, YOU need to be fired. Most of us can still get access to our key people.
    BTW, maybe you don’t understand how this whole industry works. They don’t have us to just pay salaries and be nice. They have us because if we are not out there promoting the products other companies will be in those doctors faces.
    It frustrates me to see people saying they have no access...........go and create access or they should hire a rep who does have access.
