Bonus

all of them?

 

i know 3 from Alks that went. All reps, no manager. Two reps were on a plan and the 3rd should have been. Was a bottom feeder that must have known a PIP was coming. Good luck to all.

 

So the quarter ends today. And still no word on Q2 bonus structure.

 

we need to wait for final numbers.. that way we can retroactively manipulate the pay. We will save a ton of money this way

 

It would be nice to get an IC plan before the end of the year.

 

We are in third quarter and still waiting to find out how our second quarter bonus is going to be structured? Does not make sense.

 

kind of ironic no? They scurry around trying to collect dirt on applicants yet the dirt they get is typical Pharma gossip. They made their selections based on that gossip with little truth.

Top performers please what you state is not only true if Alks but also Otsuka but if you have an in..your in! Wish I knew better.

 

Yes it makes sense we are in middle of a pandemic. Thousands are losing their jobs be thankful you have a paycheck! Typical greedy Pharma. This industry has gone down the tubes bc of people like you.

 

They better pay me at 100% plan. In the mean time I’ll sit home all day banking $2500 week.

 

I’m not being greedy. I am thankful to have a nice paycheck in this mess. I’d just like an answer one way or another regarding our payout. And if the answer is “we can’t afford to pay bonus in second quarter because of the pandemic shutdown” I’m fine with it. Not knowing is worse.

 

They are finalizing the restructure first. Refill rate is worst in class, cuts must be made. Legal is evaluating bonus obligations now

 

Refills not a problem in my region. This doesn’t make sense

 

We are seeing zero scripts....Last thing on your mind should be bonus! No way this lasts much longer.

Anyone have any guess as to what they are going to pay us for Q2? My manager is tight lipped. Hope they don't try and screw us.

Hey you spoiled reps aren’t crying about bonus anymore. Either you got paid and we took care of you or you were fired with 0 scripts. Selfish bastards

 

Best gig ever. 5 hours a week sitting home and pulling in $10k month. Life is good!

 

good luck with that. If you are ok with that, just know that it will not last and you basically are irrelevant = what makes pharma look bad and a dying “profession”
