The "results" of incompetent leadership, total lack of communication, and extreme mismanagement have been:
    1. 3 failed product launches (Conzip AG, M72, Osmolex)
    2. 2 major lay-offs
    3. Multiple 180's in selling direction

So the final "outcome" will be a company that closes it's doors and the remaining employees being out of work with minimal financial compensation in the form of severance

c-suite IS the house that needs to be cleaned out. They are the ones getting paid to lead. Zero accountability. Investors are just throwing their money away. Buyers beware

I don’t think they have any idea of how to run a business. I cannot believe they keep this executive team while they run the business into the ground. How about a commercial so people actually know there is a thing called droopy eyelids? It like cowboys and Indians, banking on word of mouth during a pandemic

Avista is not going to be shut down, they buy and sell companies for profit. 10 active now. In June they partenered with BHC Investco to acquire Vision Healthcare NV for $336 million -that’s most likely how they will position their “billion dollar opportunity” in bringing Upneeq to the direct to consumer healthcare space in Europe. So hope is on the way!!!

Do we have a marketing dept here??

Not evident. If you read 7/13 Fierce Pharma online they consider it a sizable task to market a “reformulated nasal spray to millions of people with droopy eyelid, many of whom don’t know it’s considered a disorder, much less a treatable one” selling during a pandemic: direct to patients for the first time in their history-with in person sales calls.

i wonder how the second quarter lack of sales because of changing course on what to sell and zero support will effect the big guys. Upneeq is not going to move the numbers in 2020. They promised to increase the salesforce for Upneeq but what if There is no cash to pay them? This place is a red hot mess

Can you please get off cafe pharma and
Start doing some digital or tv advertising?
The unmet need people are old and not going to the ophthalmologists during covid so the dr s cannot write scripts for ghosts.
Heart/cardio meds and glaucoma prohibits these eyedrops.
30 door to door sales reps during covid need some direct to consumer marketing backup

WEll the numbers are published, revenue is pathetic for the second quarter. C suite still holding their jobs and fat stock options and paychecks. Avista must have billions to burn

This was July - still no advertising or direct to Consumer with a cash and carry no insurance coverage idea.
If there was market research prior tp launch they may have realized it would not work.
    Good luck SUN experts!
