How was DV involved in all this?

I don’t think DV is shady. He’s just a sack of shit. And a horrible leader.

Sad to think HR and JF was in on it but doesn't surprise me from what I have seen and heard around here. A bunch of people around here in it for themselves clearly unable and incapable of leading anywhere else. What percentage of people in senior positions have a stake in the company going public? How about all VP and higher. This is why nothing changes and leadership stays where they are. It is all one big cess pool of unqualified people in positions they could never get anywhere else making decisions that continue digging the whole deeper and faster.

JN is slimy snake oil salesman always has been and will be. Could talk his way out of anything and here only because he has a stage presence (sort of) and friends with former CEO, and incentivized to stick around for a payout. His biggest contribution was bringing in DV who has wrecked the business and trampled all over people since joining the company. Guess we measure leadership effectiveness by anal attention to detail, bully behavior, and dressing nicely. Things like actually leading, communicating effectively, working well with others far from the list.

If you are around JN long enough you realize his goal is to say whatever is needed to find and keep people loyal to him at all cost. It’s always about him. I’ve literally seen hundreds of great people leave this company in the last 3 years and never once has the company leadership admitted they are the problem. During John’s career he has found a few pawns that circle the wagon waiting for their reward for this so-called loyalty. To name a few DV, DH, SB, PH. This blind “loyalty” prevents all of them from seeing the ship he is steering is about to crash and there never was never going to be a reward. Kind of been funny to watch.

May be bumpy ride ahead with 4 President executive orders on Drug Pricing rebates etc

all roads are bumpier here because we have no one with an ability to formulate a strategy or lead. Scroll back on this thread for all the reasons you need to prove my point. The same people are in the same positions doing more of the same. Expecting a different or better result would be insanity.

I just need someone to answer one question. How on earth is it possible for anyone to take a company seriously that promotes and enables someone like DV within their ranks, let alone place him in a senior executive role?

do we make or promote anything that is classified as a 'drug' or 'pharmaceutical'?

No, our products are medical devices

Try to put that aside. The guy has followed JN for over 17 years to different companies. JN has always ignored the disgusting way DV treats people as has HR at Bioventus. He’s protected. He’s the single worst, insecure “leader” whose ever existed. Realize he’s a protected case for multiple reasons and look at KR and the new product addition. Things will change for the better but everyone needs to realize DV has been given a pass for his work life sadly. He’s been the JN gofer forever and he’s now in the back 9 getting his payback.

To index based on International prices for Part B and drugs administered in office. Drug cos have about a month to come up with a counter proposal. Also potential generic competition from Canada alhough remains to be seen how it plays out with Medicare reimbursement.

Also rebates direct to the consumer vs the middlemen.

And? Does that mean our products are on a medical device formulary versus a drug formulary?

He’s garbage. But you see it in every company. There are plenty of worthless employees at BV that do absolutely nothing, from VP down to associate reps. With that said, DV is probably #2 or #3 in the most worthless I’ve ever seen.
