Our manager told us on a team call to get our resumes updated and ready. Massive changes and layoffs are coming soon and everyone is subject to review to be let go.

Did you copy and paste this all by yourself?
    What a loser. Go away

Your manager is an idiot and doesn’t know anything. I hope you both get fired for being stupid.

You clearly need to raise your Latuda dose to 160 to try and stabilize your ill rational thought and lack of reality of what is going on in the here and now.

Congratulations on winning re-election as president of the flat earth society, everyone is so proud of you. Just like the earth is round, sunovion is going to have massive layoffs. Good luck recruiting new members to the flat earth society.

If you did not receive at least an AE rating or better, you will be gone by the end of the current quarter.

    Finally long overdue.

I agree. The year end rating system makes it easy for the company to choose who they want to eliminate during a realignment/restructuring without legal ramifications. Goodbye Losers !

Wait so the gravy train ride for a disturbing # of reps will end?

I’m literally begging for a lay-off with a severance. I need a reason to stop sitting home and pretending I’m working at this company...

it’s hard to be motivated to find another job when I’m not doing anything at my current one and getting paid...

And for those posting: “If there are no sales, there are no jobs”... If there are no sales reps, you’re not going to have any sales, or a company.

So, fuck off buttercup, and treat your people right. Tom Gibbs will be the death of this company.

Everyone settle down. The layoff is in no way going to be 50% of the field sales team. There will be significant restructuring and most will be able to find a spot with the reorganization. Reporting structures will definitely change and territories will be shifted around. Only 25% to 30% may be out of a job. SO everyone just chill.

Very cute dumb ass. You don’t know your back side from the broad side of a barn.

Some sort of restructure is coming, no doubt. We’re on a hiring freeze supposedly due to Covid, but most other companies are filling their vacancies. Certainly seems like it’s a matter of time...

It is unlikely that Sunovion will move into Q3 without restructuring the field team. Business environment has changed, Covid, and not all of current products are viable or require sales reps.

Haha well if sales reps go so will your sorry rear end. Field force will always be the fuel behind any drug company. Without them all you pencil pushing geeks sitting in your pods will be zapped.

You are delusional. Lonhala will never turn a profit, Brovana sells itself and is off patent in a year. We don’t need your sorry asses. You are a financial drain to this organization.

I agree with both of you. Reps are important and essential to drive products. However you need to have viable products to benefit from representatives efforts. The Multi specialty division may have many talented sales professionals, BUT... LM is a loser, Brovana is mature and losing patent protection, Latuda doesn’t need amateurs calling on limited loser targets.
It is unfortunate that many will be displaced.... but decisions have to be made to secure the future of the organization.
Sometimes good people are in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is called life... and life goes on.

Problem is the leaders at this company are weak and are the industries left over garbage that nobody else wanted. also the products here are all mediocre at best.

There are no mediocre products, just mediocre sales representatives
