Oh here we go again. Another ill-fated attempt by one of you remedial morons to sound intelligent.

First off, I had a nice chuckle reading your first and second sentences.
Unless you took a poll to find the “X” in your moronic claim of, “NOBODY”, you really can’t state that as fact. I’ll let that sink in for a moment......

Here is a small sample scruple test for you:
    1) Can you honestly say you work 8-5 everyday?
    2) Can you honestly say you never make up calls?
    3) Do you turn in your expense reports on time?
    4) Are you accurate with the milage you put in to ARI every month?
    5) Do you have children?

I’m not going to assume I know the answers to those questions. However,
if you answered, “Yes” to #5, and, “No” to 1-4, isn’t that also leading/teaching by example? It matters not the gravity of the
Infraction. What some people need to understand is nobody is perfect. I’m not validating or condoning his behavior bc I don’t have all the facts. And truth be known, I don’t really give a shit. Karma will catch up at some point. It does to every single one of us.

Why don’t you take 10 deep breaths and turn on the movie, “Frozen”.
Then memorize the prophetic song about, “Let it go”.

    (This is your reply post)
Hey, stupid. Calling people "remedial morons" doesn't make it so when NOBODY agrees with you.
I think he/she was referring to the lead by example idea we have here.

How can one lead by example when he has committed to what amounts to a felony?
How can he talk about working ethically when he did not follow that example?
Why follow any of the company's rules?

Why do background checks before hiring anyone any more?
I mean, if I took drugs last year, and I didn't hurt anyone, it's nobody's business, so shouldn't I be hired?
    Right?
    RIGHT?

    Go away, Panjeep. You've lost.

Oh we go again. Another ill-fated remedial moron attempt at

Why are some of you idiots still obsessed with AG and whatever he did?
Shut up already! Or better yet, LEAVE!!
Oh no!! “We” can’t leave! We’re still getting paid in full and driving company cars and have health insurance!

I can’t even call you idiots, “Grudge Holders” because a grudge is held when somebody has done something TO YOU. And our CEO did nothing TO YOU!

    You cannot be serious.
You should leave if you don't understand why a CEO needs to lead by example.

I agree with OP. This toxic site is just flooded with negativity and losers. As we see this all coming to an end, Sun exocuted 0 layoffs. We all at home with our nice 6 figure salaries.

My manager is awesome, I made 90k in bonuses last year. Sun is awesome. The people that are unhappy here, are the same that would be unhappy at any pharma company. They are unhappy with life. They should go work a 9-5 for 60k a year and leave these great careers open to those who are grateful.

I’ll call all-out BS, or you’re ‘the’ only one pulling that in. BTW, it’s not all about the money.
    Leadership, credibility, reputation.
Those things are earned. And Sun will never be able to talk about that.
Enjoy your gig pal, I’d be embarrassed.

My manager hired a very toxic person into our team. I will never understand why. Toxic is the least of ways to describe this person. Now I think it ends with us all leaving. I just can’t take any more of that destructive attitude.

Do NOT let 1 toxic ass run you off from ANY PLACE. If you chose to leave SUN on your own accord, fine.
If others on your team feel the same way, have a CC w your RSM about this person and SITE SPECIFIC EXAMPLES....don’t make it a bitch session.
Something else as a possibility. Maybe this new person is intimidated by your team and simply wanting to fit in? Obviously not doing a great job. Give them a chance, reach out to them and offer help and suggestions? Maybe they’ll end up being a great teammate....

A toxic employee is typically insecure, so they try to exploit others insecurities to help them deal with their own. It can be uncomfortable to deal with. I wouldn't leave. Why would you leave your job because someone on your team has personal problems? Just be grateful your not in their shoes. Only the miserable intentionally try to cause discomfort. Make your money and live your life. Try to ignore their tactics, watch your back, do your job. Stick around, karma is fun to watch.

Analysis conducted by McKinsey for industry shows that at 100% virtual, 1 rep can account for workload of 4 reps.
If 100% physicians responded then it would be a 1 to 4 overlay. Given only 25% respond (it actually closer to 5% with Pfizer reps) then 1 rep can cover VIRTUAL Workload of 9 reps they say.
When i put the math to it, this makes sense if a rep is on a 2- 3 wk rotation.
IF have 100% response, then a rep can make 4-5 VCC an hour. 8hrs a day that is (minus 1hr for lunch) that is 30-35 VCC a day. 150 a week and 450 over a 3 wk rotation. Thus the workload of 4 reps over 3wks WITH 100 VCC RESPONSE.
If only have respond then 1 vcc rep can cover 8 reps.

The reality is go forward the business model with be HYBRID with 1/3rd Physical calls, 1/3rd Virtual, and 1/3rd Random or No See.

RESULT: YES 100% LAYOFFS but how many is unknown

OK, Brainiac. Did McKenzie Childs or yourself also happen to account for the OBVIOUS, “X” in this waste of algorithmic time??? “x” being.....ACTUAL SALES!

While the math MAY be correct by simple analysis leaning toward “work load, routing, number of Reps needed to make Virtual calls and whatever else”, it does NOT account for SALES DOLLARS.
There is no way an N of 1 (rep) doing the job of an N of 8 (reps) would POSSIBLY deliver on sales growth.

STFU on this layoff BULLSHIT. IF it happens, it isn’t going to be based on some bullshit analysis done by some human in a cubicle trying to save his/her own job.

    BE THANKFUL!!!!

OMG!! I want to slap the STUPID out of you right now! Did you stop to actually THINK what THE most important thing is which is missing from this McKenzie Childs analysis??
    SALES GROWTH/DOLLARS!!!!

While this God-awful math algorithm may be slightly correct, is does not take into account GROWTH. An N of 1 (rep) can certainly do the job of an N of 8 (reps) virtually, etc but anyone who has a brain can tell you there is NO WAY that N1 will produce more sales dollars than N8.
Just consider TERRITORY SIZE for starters. . And please. STFU about layoffs. If it happens, it happens.
And IF it happens, it’s NOT going to be based on this DAF analysis.

The negativity on this site is staggering! You have nothing better to do! I love how bold some people are when they hide behind anonymity. Everyone has an opportunity to leave. If you are not happy-leave! Nothing is holding you back!

Here’s what holds you back from leaving:
You can’t find another company to take you. Sun took you because it’s all they could get and the hiring blitz was on a Sunday so all the candidates they got were on their day off from Chik-Fil-A
