I don’t understand any of this reorg. Did Kellie throw names in a hat and pick who’s going to do what? You have someone leading HR who should be fired for the way she treats people. An honest to god nightmare and harassment lawsuit waiting to happen. You have changes in Commercial that make no sense at all. You chopped up Marketing but you left MktAcc intact. Please someone explain this to me.
I think Commercial will be fine. There were changes there that just had to be made. You have a good leader there, give him a chance. The only one I worry about is CS leading HR. Please someone do something About that. I can’t begin to tell you how horrible that woman is.
Go to your stock market ap. Lookup RDUS. Hit the 5 year history button. It looks like a restricted double diamond black ski hill. This place has been totally mismanaged from day 1. They keep rearranging deck chairs, but the Titanic is going down.
Damn those chain saws are loud - cant you just cut out the dead wood and be done. Constantly revving the chain saws just so everyone knows something is coming is annoying. If its dead wood being cut - get on with it.
I personally have seen no change in leadership styles since the new CEO. Made some changes, this guy is also completely inept at moving a business forward. Stock is stagnant, where is the bright light we all wanted to see in management styles. Really want to stay around to collect unemployment, can't see anyone here in the Midwest, so just making phone calls with little or no response. Besides the holiday's will be here soon and always enjoy staying home with the kids during that time. Lucky to employed at Radius Health. Here's to 2021.
