I heard from a friend that the vaccine division will be adding more reps in the summer. What are the requirements, what territories?

They cut their research by 50%. A rat died.

There is now research at Sanofi
They only research how they can pay the minimum or cut benefits like DSL and college tuition

The new vax division is being filled by current vax reps, then their territories are being collapsed . Their goal is headcount neutral

Just curious if in the new Vaccine Division they are still going to have scumbag midwestern managers? To note West Coast and East coast managers are fine just 1-2 in the midwest we are having issues.

They will be promoting half of the current vaccine managers up a level and filling their roles from within. Gearing up for the COVID-19 vaccine. It will be ready to launch October 15. Sanofi will be first to market a Covid vaccine. First priority is France, and a simultaneous launch in the US in support of Joe Biden.

Two companies already started human trials, will be ready in August.
I think Sanofi will be late to the party

They are big time democrat supporters. CEO was upset in 2016 when Hilary lost

Where are the openings for the new division? Who are the managers and are they nice or assholes? When will the jobs be posted and what are they looking fro? I do not have vaccines experience but great sales record. also what is the pay?

Sanofi not a company that pays well. Not to be harsh but vaccine reps are the lowest paid at Sanofi. Don't ask me why but its always been that way. Not uncommon to see vaccine reps at 65-80k. If somebody says there making 120k in vaccine it's not true. Bonus plan isn't great. Sanofi is known throughout the industry as paying their reps low . If you need the job for personal reasons take it and then find something different.

Meetings are awful. That's an Sanofi trait. Lots of role playing , lousy food, mandatory roommates unless you get doctor letter saying your prone for sleep walking violence if you have roommate. Base is accurate ..no way possible vaccine is starting people at 110k. That would be an international award winner year with bonus included. Culture at Sanofi is awful. Always has been. They never let you out of meetings on time on Fridays and plan on missing your flight home and then have to fight with your DM to approve your extra night of hotel expense. Okay if you miss your kids high school graduation or recitals, dance , sports on Saturday. Sanofi will be the worst thing that ever happens to you. The RD's at Sanofi are the worst and have come to Sanofi with a track record of failure. There's revolving door of VP of sales,CEO's etc. HR is comparable to the SS or The Klan. When it's all said and done your mental health will suffer, your spouse will hate your attitude and the family dog will soon turn on you after you kick it it everyday after your trudge through the front door with a look on your face that you were told you were being deported. Good luck. Please don't come here for your sake.

I have been here for a few years and even though a top performer, no one wants to hire from Sanofi.
They screw you on purpose with salary increase and make you less marketable , who wants to hire someone who earns less than average rep? They think you did not get raises cause you suck but not the case. You have to be "voted on " to reach the next level with in your rep category. Most companies will make you a senior, or a higher level based on performance, top 20% . But not here, oooooohhhh no, you have to be voted on by the other regional DMs who may have someone else mind. I know people who are "up " for senior rep many times over but you were turned down, like the Oscars or hall of fame. It becomes a popularity contest- its a joke , they also use the same method for raises.
And they are on a big affirmative action initiative, so all women regardless of performance are being fast tracked . If you are a male rep, you will be last for every promotion and salary increase.

The meetings were the worst experience in my 15 years of pharma. all role play of messages given by corporate for you t say word for word. If you don t, then you are a bad rep.
Now , zoom is horrible with these people, you are forced to sit in front of the camera so you DM can watch you and say put the cameria back on , or why is you camera off? Its like kindergarten , horrible ! And now we have at least 2 or more Zoom meetings that are terrible

Sanofi is all about humiliation. They beat you done like a beaten wife so you'll be unmarketable with poor salary. When you try to interview you'll come off as a beaten shelter dog with no drive and waiting to be put down. You won't be able to help it as it shows on your face and body language. You'll start arguing with your neighbors over silly shit things. You'll come off like the KAREN's on youtube or a Ken on YouTube. It will be this much of an impact on your life . Then wait for the Thanksgiving and Christmas layoff tradition to take hold. After sitting on pins and needles prior to Christmas to see if you 've been retained you find out you've been let go only to find out they retained the lower salary rep over you .This will cause you to attacking a family relative at Christmas dinner after being asked to "pass the dressing" and then with all the kids and cousins kids crying you'll tip the Christmas tree over shouting "Sanofi Sucks". It'll will be a christmas to remember for your entire family.

They are the meanest people I have ever worked for in the industry. The managers are trained to humiliate you and call you out in front of your peers for mistakes. Manager are like kings and are never held accountable for their mistakes. I have been with two different companies and this place from the training dept to corporate, to the regional DM are the most horrible people I have ever met. Everyone in management thinks that they are sooooo superior to you , the shit rep and they will show you every time.
There are going to be spots in the vaccine division but I would only investigate if you need a job and ready to be evicted from your home.

Sounds like a normal Sanofi Christmas . Sanofi is truly the anti-christ. THE DEVIL HIMSELF AS A CORPORATE OFFICE AT BRIDGEWATER.
