What is the salary range for Executive level at Biogen?

It was spelled out to me by Princeton One what Senior levels get in terms of range.

Damn son, Biogen is right in range with other specialty big pharma companies. 120-150k base depending on exp. geeeeeeeez do you need your teeth brushed for you too?

Go away troll. Executive levels are usually WELL above that. 120-150 is average senior role, not executive.

I’m not sure about here, but where I am (big pharma), it goes up to at least $170k. I can’t imagine that it is less given that what is offered at Biogen for senior level is higher than our senior level.

Did you get info on 401k/retirement benefits and/or time off? Recruiter was supposed to send, but...

Again we’re talking big pharma specialty and not true biotech. Biogen is micro big pharma calling on primary care with counterparts and daily Call averages.

Thank you captain obvious, but I understood that when I wrote it. I am in big pharma biologic specialty, and our lowest amount for the senior level is about $120k. I would feel sorry for you if you work for an even shittier company than I do and get paid even less, but since you were such a know it all dick to someone asking a question, that’s what you deserve.

Don’t worry yourselves. Wave 1 offers were extended this week. That doesn’t mean that all were accepted but likely you were passed on. Good luck for wave 2!

I don’t believe all wave 1 offers went out this week. I know some regions are behind. I do know some managers are picking out their folks for the second wave this go around so, they already have a bench for the next wave.

Realistically, what will happen to the 100+ reps that are hired if this drug isn’t approved?

But I work for. Specialty big pharma company making 125k and I had a panel interview and did very well.

Meanwhile Princeton One is just stringing us along as if we were dumbasses. We are not stupid. I’m steering clear of these idiots.

Same here. Princeton One kept stringing us along with sketchy info so I messaged the hiring manager directly. Of course the little piss ant bitch won’t respond. Tacky company. Bottom of the barrel managers. Not worth it. Especially with the delays and FDA. Moving on.

Spot on regarding comments on piss ants. They are spread throughout the organization at all levels including the leadership team who is largely inept, self absorbed and incompetent.

I don’t particularly like the company and the big Pharma approach. But after watching to loved ones suffer from this horrible disease I hope the drug works, is accessible and is approved. It’s irrelevant wether one likes Biogen or thinks they are an employer of choice. This is about patients in need

Your statement is pretty bold stating all that matters is the patient. Certainly, it’s a sad desease and would never wish any ill will on any patients. However, on this site it’s all about reps and their pharma careers. There are other venues that are patient focused outside of this site. This Biogen SALES expansion has given lots of reps something to think about and weight regarding their future careers. Again, on this site, it’s aboit the reps and NOT the patient. Good luck with finding the right patient resource site for your needs.

They won’t bring you in as an Executive.
