Anyone else surprised they are still making us go to POA next week?

The virtual POA where we will get the tools to grow both products in Q3 and take advantage of the generous bonus plan??

They aren’t making you go. You had the option to choose virtual. But you’re right, they’re judging you if you don’t. Welcome to Supernus

No one gave me the option. Can’t wait to roll play and see the same slides that they’ve been showing us for 5 years

And don’t forget, it’s the last big push before 812. Give me a break

I was also never given that option. They must not give you the option unless you go to the manager and say you are uncomfortable. And they are judging you absolutely if you chose to not go

How are we suppose to follow social distancing guidelines while we role play?

Pretty reckless to have in-person POA’s this soon. Especially when there’s NOTHING NEW this quarter (as usual). If even one employee gets sick or spreads anything to their family then it’s not worth it. FYI in-person attendance was optional for all but apparently some RD’s decided not to explain that and even pressured reps to attend. Like they have some kind of incentive for the most attendees. Funny there were RD’s that didn’t even go to the managers meeting bc of covid and flying. And it’s extremely careless to plan a national meeting in September in TEXAS of all places! Save the money Supernus, this is a thoughtless decision that screams how little you value the wellbeing of your employees. Take a look at what companies are doing around the nation. Pharmaceutical or not, no one is planning a national meeting. Hundreds of people in a hotel ballroom? In one of the worst states that’s getting even worse? Majority of employees woukd have to fly. There will be a virtual option for that meeting as well and I sure am not willing to risk my safety and my family’s safety because Supernus will “judge me” for not going. Who cares! Not worth it. Really poor decision making to host in-person meetings right now or in 2 months and not communicate that physical attendance is not mandatory.

I will attend the POA unhappily, there isn't a shot in hell I am boarding a plane to attend a NSM in Dallas. I heard alot of the POAs are having the corporate overview done over the phone. Way to model the way Supernus.

Someone at POA will definitely spread covid. This is stupid

It's a huge liability to put your employees at risk like that. The conversation we had with our RD was that there wasn't another option outside of a physical meeting.

That’s so wrong and anyone that felt pressure to attend or wasn’t given another option should be mad as hell. Huge fail.

The poa is this week. My rd asked again on Friday for anyone wanting to go virtual. I’m going to the poa If you want to go virtual just tell your rd.

and they respond “I’ll TRY to get you in...” as if it’s harder than sending an email invite. Are they trained to try and intimidate and make reps uncomfortable?? What a joke.

I haven’t been given this option once. Wake up Supernus you can not expect a select few of these RDs to follow directions.

How about you guys complain about something that actually sucks like this terrible bonus plan.

I can live with a shit bonus plan... I don't expect one at all with the way the world is. But I can't live with a company who says their biggest assets are the people they have working for them. But push us out to do things that are not safe. Actions speak louder than words

So get this, the new reps we just acquired have no in person POA's scheduled for the remainder of the year. How does that happen?
