Dont agree its dead in water. We live in a new silent majority where people are feeling alienated. And sometimes its not about winning the suit. Its about public perception and how social will play into it. Remember. People have access to media. The street. Other influencers. Lawyers. States. Municipalities. Other groups that have grievances with pharma. Easy to put together a stir up if you will. Its coming. And remember the group they are alienating and descriminating against are the well connected people with resources and money.
