Q1 payout

    How do we expect Q1 bonus to be paid? Most companies are paying at plan because covid.

    you are right, most companies are paying out 100% to plan, but the problem is: we aren’t most companies. Reps would be making more this quarter than normal if they did that. They will play the “we kept you employed so you should be thankful.” And it is true, we absolutely should be thankful. But this is a time for them to once, show they care about their reps and want to show a token of good faith.

    ‘Reps would be making more this quarter’ ? On what basis is that ?

    The only reason sun would pay 100% to plan is to not further degrade its reputation among those currently working p/t at Best Buy, given that the pool from which sun largely gets its new hires.

    take a look a med derm. Only 1 rep made COE because every other rep didn’t hit quota. So there you have it. Reps would be making more.... you could be the top rep in steroids and be 50% to plan and #1 in the country. There ya have it. Smarty

    I read all these post and thought I was HALLUCINATING.
    I can not believe the AUDACITY some of you have in thinking SUN should pay out Q1 bonus...TO EVERYONE...at 100%!
    That kind of whining leads me to think your parents didn’t WHIP YOUR ASSES WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE!!!
    I’m actually EMBARRASSED to fathom I work with an organization who has hired such UNGRATEFUL people like yourselves! News Flash: SUN, nor ANY organization OWES. YOU. NOTHING.
    We’re ALL BLESSED to be employed at full salary at this point. So, SHUT THE FUCK UP and stop complaining about what you THINK you’re worth and what you think you’re “owed”.
    If you assholes had the BALLS to stand in front of your customers with the same gusto and passion to fight for patients like you do whining on CP, you would be making MORE than “100% to plan”.

    These posts are funny. I used to work at Sun....for a long time, actually. Circle of Excellence winner.
    True that you should be grateful Sun paid a salary during COVID. True, no merit increase or bonus is warranted or required. True that most big pharma companies are paying 100% for Q2 bonus . But Sun never, or rarely did the right thing. It was high quotas, poor/horrible access, dismal dishonest management, and really great regional managers and reps that would be great performers only to get a 2 or 3 on their annual reviews. No wonder why every COE winner I ever knew bailed ship. We now have a higher base, realistic goals, are valued and respected like human beings and work for ethical, transparent leadership/management .

    Best advise is to accept what you have and be thankful, or move on.

    HR: here’s an ask:

    how many of the COE winners over the past 3 years are still here.

    I’ll bet you don’t have the balls to publish those numbers.

    Do you seriously think HR reads these post? I bet there are several people still here who won COE. If some have left, they most likely found another job with MAYBE a 15% increase in base....and are still not happy.

    not a COE winner but when I left I received more than a 30% increase in base, the company did pay reps at 100% q2 bonus, and my sales director inspires vs loser fear mongering at Sun

    The numbers don’t lie. COE winners flocked outta Sun.
    I can assure you that Abhay not only reads and responds these posts, but that he also has Legal provide summary reports.

    Oh. So you are privy to the numbers of COE people leaving? Why don’t you pay attention to the most relevant numbers? YOUR TERRITORY GOALS. It’s amazing what would happen if you focused on gaining mkt share than on CP.
    And for the record. I am a COE winner. I’m still here. Why? Because I believe in SUN and the product I sell. I have been treated VERY WELL and VERY FAIRLY since I started. I’m not planning on leaving. I plan on winning COE year after year after year.
    And I doubt our CEO remotely cares what’s posted on these threads. IF he does read any of them, I hope he gets a great laugh! Some of you remedial idiots are have the IQ of snail slime and can be quite funny with your post.

    can it be called a goal if there is no realistic methodology to setting the fictitious goal? Example: territory max over 2 years has done 100 scripts a quarter. With no changes the goal may be set at 450. This is a wish list and not a goal.. you could blow it out and get 200 scripts yet you would be less than 50% and 100% growth. Riddle me that
