Base Salary + Commission Expectations

    What is the base salary range, commissions, OTE for the Territory Sales Manager position? Any details on the auto package (car allowance or company car)?

    Before interviewing with this company, find a couple of former iRythm sales reps on LinkedIn and reach out to them. Ask them about the company, the culture, why they left, and what kind of money people make after their guarantee is over. The most important question to ask is how easy is it to get into cardiologist offices and have actual conversations with physicians.

    The VP of Sales is always trolling on here so he answered the culture question for you! "Do your homework" DORK is the richest idiot we know here. Take the last advice and talk to former TMs. This company loses over 80 plus reps a year which is more than half of the sales force. RUN!

    Left this hell hole like many others every year only losers and liars stay here....good riddance after the guarantee and milked the expense report too. How do you sleep selling the worse patch on the market, being first novelty has worn off.

    LOL, I stay for the stock and easy expenses reports my boss is arrogant POS who wins PCLUB on our backs but who cares I am good with the easy life.
