    Anyone heard about when we find out if we get a pay raise. I know it’s usually late, they do give us retroactive pay but it’s been quite so far....

    Hey you. Yes! You! Why in the world should SUN give out merit increases?? What have YOU done for SUN to be worthy of a merit increase??
    Most Division TMs w/in SUN don’t deserve a raise! And for the record, it is NOT MANDATORY anyone receive a raise anyway.
    If you can’t swallow that pill, go work someplace else.

    hey you, yes you, with the jackass response! Your correct Merrit increases aren’t mandatory. But it’s rather standard across industry and each year changes. Due to the current market environment, it’s not likely, but the question is absolutely valid. I’m glad you hold yourself to such a higher standard. Where all in it for the same goal, and that’s to provide for our families and do what we enjoy in life. Stop criticizing someone for asking a valid question.

    Let me take a guess here. You won the National Spelling Bee Contest 5 years in a row.
    If you learned how to spell, or use the correct homophones, maybe...JUST MAYBE your merit increase would be justified.

    Oh, Honey. It’s not the site which triggers me. It’s reading post such as yours that triggers me. How you even answer the Captcha questions correctly leaves me baffled.
    While you are most definitely entitled to your opinion, I do not, in any way, consider myself superior to anyone
    or anything. Smarter? Absolutely!
    Superior? No. From your simple idiotic post containing a plethora of grammatical errors, I’m betting you are not higher up and making more money than I am. If you are, congratulations! You breed hope for the rest of us!

    since your passion is in grammatical errors on a dumb site maybe your in the wrong career. Go be a public school teacher and teach English. Imagine the lives you can impact. Teachers are in hot demand right now, so.. GO APPLY

    Get back on track, since there is no merit, there should be no expectation that a merit bonus of any type should be considered. Clowns get clown pay.

    I was just informed by my manager that only 4 & 5 ratings get a pay bump. So I said - if you think I wasn’t working last year just wait and see how little I do this year. Skyrizi is kicking the Ilumya clown arse anyway. That franchise will be over by February of 2021. Spend your time looking for any employment option.

    Don't hold your breath, new GC gets $1 million salary and a hefty sign on bonus while having no commercial pharma experience. Merit increase isn't mandatory either, I think.

    Seriously the new GC is on a 7 figure salary - I doubt that as Suns record is to pay the least they think they can get away with . I left a while back as I was lied to my face by HR about long term incentives and a stock plan. Never happened and never will . I even paid to get legal advice and was told I could sue but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. Since leaving and working for a stand up US co I now have decent LTI and better overall comp

    sun will pay the lowest to get the bottom feeders vs hiring the best and retaining the best. You get what you pay for. Sun doesn’t get this is the US and it’s a competitive recruitment environment vs India where anyone is just happy to have a job and there are a billion others waiting to fill your shoes . A few years back they had a story that attracted talent. No more - it’s clear it’s a shit show

    Reach out to the HR Business Partner? Are you kidding? Asking the executioner to disregard the Judge’s sentence? Sun has fired or is in the process of firing everyone that has gone forward with a complaint. The exit interviews are a waste of time. This type of hr request has the sole purpose of identifying the VOCAL disgruntled. Nothing more. The day Sun leaves the US I will be drinking to celebrate.
