Pandemic, what Pandemic. Not according to this company

Amazing to me how the Country is in a national pandemic and states have been on lockdown over several months and yet this rookie start up company only speaks of a "pandemic" in name only. They have the audacity to increase expectations & results during this crisis without even being remotely sensitive to what we are dealing with as human beings. Not to mention they are so out of touch with reality, they haven't a clue what these offices are dealing with. The only thing they care about is their bottom line. And if you dont figure it out and produce the numbers you will be fired, like the 6-7 others that already have. A handful of Reps surpassing 100% does not make a successful field sales force as a whole.. Try educating yourself on the actual market and admit you were wrong 100% in even trying to understand it when over forcasting by 50-60% since inception. They do nothing to understand the crisis that Reps have to work in. Further, launching a product in the middle of the summer is going to be a disaster. This is seasonal - expect nothing til September. How do these people get into upper management when they have no clue how to lead. Sad state of affairs. Many unhappy reps here.

This company's hiring procedures were pathetic and its no surprise they ended up with a bottom of the barrel sales team. Any self respecting sales rep/director would have stepped away from this process unless they were out of a job. They are better off turning over the team, including leadership and starting over.

I applied for a job in North Chicago and Milwaukee this morning. These posts have given me extreme pause. I'm guessing I should stay away?

I know we all need jobs. But the product even the new launch. Does not inspire Hcp’s or patients. It’s sad but true.
