Well his “first and foremost” and “I tell you what, I can’t believe it’s already (Insert your month/date of choice)” definitely make me want to puke every time he trots those out. Why is it always so hard to believe it’s X date? Time goes by. That’s the way life works. Josh is a douche. Nothing he says or does has any impact on our collective business. Plus he is an asshole. Josh is exactly what corporate wants. Someone to baby sit the sales force and fire low performers. Not responsible for goal setting, training, new markets, large customer contracts. Only responsibilities are to hire, track SFDC and fire. With that job description, you too can become a VP of sales in 2 years time. All you have to do is pretend that you like the executives at Bausch and talk the big talk about how people aren’t tough enough on sales reps. Corporate loves that stuff and HR will make sure you aren’t charged for harassment.

 

JC projects a tough guy image but he is a gigantic pussy. Sending his threats through third parties. Never in person. Seen him challenged at meetings and he backs down immediately only to turn around and shit on the person behind their back and then get one of his lackey RDs to mess with them later on. He has never done our jobs The idea that he knows much of anything is laughable.

 

If you’ve been around long enough, you can catch him copying and pasting anecdotes from past years. Save the emails it’s hilarious. He’s incredibly fake and thinks he’s too good to let anyone notice

 

It’s simple. He’s divisive and paranoid. He knows he caught a good break getting the role he’s in. Mckenna needed to make big changes because he was losing the sales force since Alecs had to take the heat based on valeants botched integration. Easy solution was to put josh in role since magnifica team seemed to work.

 

I agree. JC is afraid to be exposed for what he is. Unqualified and inept. Surrounds himself with yes men and douchebags. None of them can even believe they have risen to the levels they are at.

 

Salix leaders are the slimiest in the industry. I was on an interview last week for another GI position and the director interviewing me made some comments about my feelings regarding Salix leadership. He asked me if I had ever been encouraged to skirt compliance to grow business and how I handled it. Total STAR question geared to find out if I could follow the rules. Salix has a reputation in the GI world and it’s not because we lead the way for patients.

 

Then the director made some comments about my feelings regarding man on man action. He asked me if I had ever been encouraged to rim my BLM man lover.

 

Don’t confuse the questions the NE RD asked you during your interview in his hotel suite.

Good. PC is a horrible way to rank and recognize people. We have reps with X550 quarterly goal increases of more than 20% sitting at 94% competing against peers in other regions with less than 2% increase at 106%. Goal setting here hasn’t been equitable in years.

 

Here’s an idea. Get on Josh’s good side and you get to win. Labat will magically make the numbers add up for you.
