Sign on bonuses are in play as well. Also 48k annual bonus at plan.

In response to the question posted, personally I would go with NSS. Reason being: assumed access(post covid), tighter control over referrals, lifestyle(depressing nursing homes vs. professional offices). My personal opinion. Some may see it differently.

If all these interviews have already happened and offersare being made it sure does seem odd. There are literally tons of jobs all over the country stillposted on Acadia's site and accepting applications. Seems that all these jobs would be closed if they've already interviewed people. There are literally like 50 or more LTC and Neurology jobs still posted and taking applications.

It doesn’t help that Mix Talent is running this. I’ve messaged the guy recruiting for my territory 4 times over the past month and he won’t even respond with a f@ck you. I can tell the guys reading the messages.

2 part build to these sales forces. LTC recruiting was first. Most of those offers have already been extended and accepted. There maybe a select few LTC slots that have not been filled. Neuro positions are the ones being actively recruited now. Most of those positions have already completed phone screen with mix talent. The candidates who passed phone screen have been moved forward for zoom interviews. Those zoom interviews are currently taking place. Goal is to have those offers out in next 30 days. Good luck!

I thought I was the only one who has experienced this! I felt bad not hearing back after 1 try.. I guess I need to step my game up but as you say, be it 1 or 4 times, they look at the message and don’t even respond. How rude!

This is the kind of crap that makes people hate recruiters. They get all bent out of shape if you don’t respond to their messages but if you ask them a simple question they can’t be bothered to respond?

My recruiter has gotten back to me when I send emails and that hasn’t been my experience. I know some are on vacations.
