Well, I got coughed on today in an office. Thanks, Kowa. It is completely irresponsible for Kowa to to force reps into the field. And we are being forced. The “expectation” is that every rep is in the field every day knocking on doors. What a joke. Why do the execs at Lilly, Johnson and Johnson, Merck and Allergan (oh, the irony) realize that drug reps should not be in offices...but little Kowa does not? Wake up, Kowa! Do the right thing.

OMG that is scary for sure and I agree we have no business in these offices. 3 weeks ago I was called by an office for some samples. When I got there, the provider had left in an emergency and fortunately the other provider just happened to stop in, so they signed for samples. When I went back in that office today, the provider that had left suddenly told me they had COVID-19 and that was why they left so suddenly! OMG, can you imagine? If they had been there, I would have been exposed to COVID-19. Just proves that with each and every contact we are putting our lives at risk. Please Kowa management, pull us out to work virtually, unless we want to take the risk ourselves and go out. The virus is everywhere now and unseen when someone is asymptomatic. One or many of us could die.

OMG Brittni, that is like, so scary. Virtual hug. You are so brave.

God help you if you ever work in a hospital system.

I’m afraid of the second wave. We need Biden to fix it.

Managers should not be in the field with us and under no circumstances should they be in our car with us. This is ridiculous they think we should bring them in offices who are barely seeing patients yet.

Please make it mandatory that managers follow us. I do not want them in my car.

If my manager was hot, I’d want her in my car...unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Not too many hot managers there from what I can remember. There were a few reps who thought they were hotter than they actually were. The meetings were skankfests. Is that mean girl still a DM on the east coast?

Heard that Pfizer reps will not be back in the field until January at the earliest. And here we are opening doors, crazy! In the middle of a Pandemic, makes no sense.

We all have jobs. Be extremely thankful and stop complaining.

Constant pressure from DM to “break down doors,” constant pressure to bring managers “on-the-road”. Almost every other pharma company is allowing their reps to work from home or partial virtual/partial in-the-field. Kowa is losing traction in offices as we are basically the only ones in them at this point and being pushy, down-your-throat sales people in the middle of a pandemic is not welcomed by providers.

My DM is literally the most annoying, nagging, paranoid person on the planet and the pandemic is definitely making him worse

It is totally fkn crazy. They are afraid of the powers that be in Japan and their over-the-top work ethic. Those bitches jump off of buildings and shit when their production sloughs... These DM's and Ben totally follow suit.

It is worse now than back in March. Why are we the only reps out there?

There are many pharma reps out there.
