We need to eliminate the entire derm sales force. They’re wasting our valuable resources. Before the virus, most take November and December off. They work teacher hours but make decent money.

Not everyone works the same hours the same days. We know there are some Aesthetics reps that run their business out of their homes. Nobody cares as long as you are bringing in business. Some of us work weekends at meetings and before Covid, speaker events. You are generalizing, and not every aesthetic rep violates compliance rules but enough have but it's not fair to assume everyone does. Your samples are way more expensive than ours and your advertising budget is over-the-top. Why don't you just do the job you were hired to do instead of be an armchair quarterback on who should get laid off. Rx is very lean. We didn't go through a major expansion like aesthetics did last year. If I were you, I'd worry about your own job. As for taking November and December off, we only get so much vacation time and that doesn't even make sense.

Working from home is great! Time to go to the gym, to play golf, to meet with friends and spend time with the kids. Getting paid to answer a couple of emails and join a few calls. 50% of reported sales calls are fabricated. It’s all a scam and managers play along because they need the scam to have someone to manage and keep their jobs.
Thank you China. Life is great.

Large pharma companies have announced reps won’t be back in the field until next year. It will be 2021 or even 2022 before things will be half normal again. Enjoy the free pay and benefits while you can!

Soon, someone will question why so many in sales are needed and why they are paid so much.

The virus doesn’t care about Galderma. Things are about to get a hell of a lot worse.

The virus is turning the US election upside down. Hopefully the same will happen at Galderma!

If you don't hit the numbers start blaming the markets. Dont look at macro-epidemic-economic-events that doesn't count or the abysmal failure of the GBUs to provide what is needed.

Does the pandemic not impact Gd??? Disgusting that a rep in one of your markets posted at a restaurant doing shots with customers. Midwest Nebraska if you are wondering. 6 ft apart not!

Nice pic Brian - where is your mask? Sell that Kysse even if you put customers at risk.

Wave II is here and it’s just the start. Sales will be in free fall in Q4. What is happening to our bonuses?

You’re right. Cases are starting to surge as we roll into flu season, and many of our competitors will be pulled back out of the field and sent home again. Back to virtual calls soon.

Offices have patients waiting outside. We will not be in offices for a long time. Enjoy the semi-vacation.
