USED to be a unique company with leadership, integrity, professionalism, trust, and cared about people. Now it is just like big pharma. It has lost its way by relying on consulting companies to come in and tell us how to run our business. Flemming and his bean-counter at the top don't have a clue or any insight on how to successfully run a business like ours. Based on everything that we have been through over the past 2+ years, tell me is there any person at Galderma that you trust, respect or admire?
There was a time when most of us had networks of support.... Today, the only people that can be trusted no longer work here!

It’s going to Sh it with FO at the helm. He’ll run Galderma nose first into the ground.

Switzerland HO is leaking like a sieve. Every day, someone else in a key position is leaving.
It's like a morgue around here.

C'mon folks, how much longer can this show go on ? Destroyed a company in less than 6 months . The business is in deep trouble.

Watching the slow, painful demise of Galderma these last several months has been almost laughable. Only in a 3rd rate organization such as this one could such complete and utter incompetence by management be tolerated.

This company had so much promise, and it is being pissed away by Flemming.

Anyone who complains about this job is a real ahole. You/we get paid to drink Starbucks or enjoy a nice lunch with your doctors. Take a drive on a sunny day. How about be grateful for what you have-SOOOO many people without jobs who would die for ours. If you don’t like it or think there is better out there, just GTFO. Stop with all the negative bullshit and your whiny baby complaints.

This company used to be great. Now it will only hurt your future. Look around and see who is left. The smartest ones have already left. There will continue to be silent layoffs, and more larger ones in the fall. Sales and EBIT gap are massive. Costs need to be cut.

If you are reading this and relate, you are one of the few good ones left, get out while you can. If you are reading this and disagree, you are exactly where you belong. Good luck. Rough journey ahead.

This place is the worst place ever.
Get out while you can as layoffs will be coming soon. It’s obvious that the new leadership couldn’t care less about us. This place is horrible. Flemming has no idea what he is doing.

With the bad leadership and the bad work environment, it would take a miracle to turn this place around. I have been at Galderma for three years and people used to love working here.

Many years ago I felt that this company knew how to do business on a reasonably honest manner, pay employees, give long term benefits to those who made long term commitment to the company. Now, I am not sure there is any type of vision beyond next quarter's profit, no commitment to employees at all. The one thing that remains sure is that if you are esteemed by Flemming, your job is guaranteed for much longer than you are useful to the company

This messed up company has to have something to do with most people wanting out and running like Forest Gump.

Loved this place too. Some great years in this company. It all changed with Flemming. Senior managers are still acting as a shield. It will change soon for everyone. Word of advice Protect yourself, and get away from the company as quick as you can.

all the competent leaders are leaving or are being forced out. A clueless CEO, an incompetent CFO, a stupid Chief of Staff and an amateurish CHRO are destroying Galderma. Until the toxic environment is stopped the downward spiral will continue.

This place is drowning with newly hired viruses. It looks nothing is going to happen to try to get the company implosion under some type of control. It used to be a great company. No more.

The culture here is now rotten. This is like the Survivor game show and once good people are having their most degenerate qualities come out. Reason and logic don’t have a chance here.
