    Wow, what a bunch of entitled babies....God forbid your company asks you to work 8 hours a day! OMG how horrible of them. Seriously, the alternative is they just lay you off. You're most likely not doing your job any way and honestly, you are over paid for what the job is. So stop whining and be thankful you continue to be paid. Pathetic.

    Overpaid? Lol. You poor young child. We don't get paid crap for the amount of work we do. I'm so sorry you think that. I can't wait for you to experience life and a real job. Some day you'll be judged off sales and real work and will get rewarded and you'll understand. This job is a job entry job that gets paid crap. We are now being judged strictly off being part of the club and not off our work performance. I'm not entitled. I what's worked and been rewarded. This job needs balance. I'm not getting paid like I'm in HS for college work.

    Seriously, how do you not think you are overpaid? Salaries are close to six figures, you all have good benefits and drive company vehicles with your fuel paid for. And for what? You drop samples to offices and have some discussions about your products. Without sales results, you have little to no accountability aside from basically hitting a few very simple metrics. Again, you should be thankful for what you are paid.

    I'm still hearing how mad Gia is that someone returned samples to the phone carrier....by accident. Really? Who cares? It's not the end of the world. This is her typical management style. This is such a minor thing and she blows it way out of proportion. Mistakes happen. It's not a big deal. She needs to focus on the big picture and the bottom line. So ridiculous that we hear Gia was extremely upset about someone returning samples to the wrong address. The poor rep and makes Gia sound like a child. The rep should talk to HR. She shouldn't be criticizing people openly for a mistake and the entire company knowing about it. Shame on her.

    Hopefully it is Gia getting laid off. I think we would be much more productive with leadership. We don't have any leadership. We have so much opportunity and we need someone who can get things done. All I hear is Gia is watching. I'm so tired of feeling like I'm back at catholic school. Give us leadership, motivation, open forums to give ideas, goals that show production instead of intimidation . GSK in oral care is 15 years behind. It's time for positive change.

    What are stretch goals? We have goals? We have useless reports. When it comes to the 9'box grid, Gia is bottom far right. I hope her bf (Ken) can give her some "helpful" advice.

    Perfect example of her ability to lead and run this business. Why are we still hearing about what horrible people we are if we forget to take the daily wellness check? Give me a break!!!!!!!! I forgot it once because sorry I had an early work appointment. I got a email that went out to my team shaming me and then had to write an email to explain to Gia why I forgot. Seriously? I'm pretty sure it did not hurt the business and all they needed to do is say please don't forget this going forward. Instead I had to take time out of my day to address it and talk to other people who forgot. It was not a productive day and frankly just pisses people off who are trying to go to work. She really needs to quit

    I love how cases are rising and yet we still have people co-traveling with us. We can’t eat lunch together we or ride in a car...but we can continue to co-travel.

    I honestly don’t know why there are so many reps for this brand. HCP’s knows it’s just Stannous and it’s all just rebranding. It’s so foolish lol

    it was so nice having her on leave. She needs to retire. All the managers hate her and honestly she is horrible at this role. She needs to go back to carrying a bag. I'm not sure if she would even been be good at that role at her age and ability.

    She's back. I have never seen an executive have so many calls and meetings around gossip as much as she does. Who cares? Maybe just try and be a professional and stop caring what people think or are saying. I'm so tired of her drama. Quit and let us all work. She is so childish and immature. I don't know how she has made this far for so long. Oh yea that relationship with Ken. Kinda like kamala Harris

    If our goals are to embrace a new culture for the new company then she must go. This bebavior can't be tolerated anymore. Unethical and unprofessional.
