Bonus-My Division is doing "true up" bonus Q2- WTF

    DERM & XELJANZ

    Who are the Pres & VPs over there ?

    Is anyone in Pfizer even surprised by these 2 divisions?
    IS also is doing different bonus payout Q2/S1.

    File a class action lawsuit on fair & equality treatment. Even covid discrimination & bias judgement.
    Makes millions in Dem states.

    You’re Nuts!!The company I’m with,took our freakin bonus and my job,yet you’re complaining?Let’s switch roles and you get my unemployment check and I’ll happily take your check and bonus

    Completely agree . Nobody did a dam thing S1 and shouldnt get paid any bonus but if going to pay bonus then yes all should be paid equally based on not working otherwise you are being bias & disenfranchising reps especially in the areas of country black communities hit the hardest by covid & nobody went to docs so paying more elite demographics more might be legal recourse.
    I am sure your moron VPs did not even think of this.
    Areas like South & SE demographics hit harder than SW, West, Rocky Mountain & NE which have more priveledge customer/pt bass

    F ing agree!
    Dang SE, CA, Mountain West, FL, NY NJ all getting most of bonus $$$ and rest of are stuck w 70% payouts & we all did exact same thing this semester-- absolutely nothing w docs.
    Fire the VP & Pres who made this demotivating, discriminating (look at demographics of areas penalitize by lower Bonus) decision.

    Dam right.
    VP, Pres & RDs need to give up 40% of their stock options TRSU and 40% of their GPP bonus in those screwed up divisions that elected this rep bonus BS.
    They need to finanically suffer like the reps as they were also home setting on butts like us reps with zero impact.

    I&I is just a jacked up mess of (!*$*#(
    Period. Nothing more to say that has not already been exposed by the worse lead divison in Pfizer. (They hire like a PC division but at least IM spend years training & developing skill sets of their people. The 2 yrs that I ve been w I&I it is like a coin flip or if mgt thinks your hot or which way wind is blowing)
    Karma will always be great .

    Given NOBODY worked this year & especially Q2 this is the worse decision for moral, engagement and more so equality that I have every heard of. My division did 100% target for everyone across board S1 & said likely S2 might be same w no award this once in a lifetime year.
    So for whatever Pfizer divisions VPs who made this decision, shame on you & you are not a leader of people! I hope you get your bonus & quarter million of annual TRSU options taken away this yr as Karma. Better yet get fired for discrimenation & poor decision making.
    Feel sorry for reps in those screwed up divisions.
    (1 of those divisions have reps on this site all dam time bitchings of inadequate leadership from Pres to DMs, so that division was not a surprise to see implementing this crazy bonus true up whatever- call it "f up bonus" instead.)

    Have respect for yourself and stop taking the “you have a job bs” this company isn’t hurting whatsoever and it’s a shit thing to pay some out at 100% who aren’t there and get max out those who over perform CONSISTENTLY!! They made a crap ass decision in some divisions and let’s not pretend the pressure to do vcc’s actually let me say the pressure to solicit calls to hit metrics is more like it. Nothing is worse than basically forcing people to help you hit your metrics and then they pull the rug from you. Don’t forget your 401k gets less $$ when they do something like this. It’s not right.

    Some divisions just F this up royally. Those divisions have people that should be nowhere close to being leaders! They can not lead thru this crisis mgt, can not lead thru simple common sense ALL STAY AT HOME BONUS PAYOUT, and they should be in a cubic somewhere taking orders not giving them

    Perfect example of the age old Peter Principle plain & simple.
    Making bad engagement & culture even worse.

    Agree just a plain stupid decision by a few select divisions who have zero leadership, but it is done & closed so move on. Complaining will not help it. Final means Final.
    Just let it serve you as an example of what the HQ leadership really thinks about the reps.

    Sounds like favortism & maybe discrimenation of more covid impacted reps.
    VP & RDs who supported need be fired & class action sued as i bet the more minority patient population got less .
    Sounds like those divisions are run like CBS & FOX networks

    This is the most absurd outrageous decision on a bonus payout that I have seen in 30yr career.

    Totally F up leadership to all mgt that was involved in this decision.
    No matter if territory was above or below quota, reps can not take credit for either as we all were doing the same thing- setting at home doing nothing!
    Pfizer is the only company in the industry that f up the stay at home IC bonus payout.
    Worse leadership in the industry barr none

    True the F Up Bonus sure True Down the moral & motivation of 70% of the reps in I&I while making 30% even though all of us didnt do a dam thing 1st Semester but stay at home.
    Guess the reps who sat on their @$$ the best got True Up Bonus
