Does anyone remember the team asthma expansion class she was “mentoring” a few years back? It went like this, set conference calls and such mostly around a marketing persons fantasy ideas of what reps do with no real world applications.....Well long story short, she cut the program short and gave certificates out.
She is a good solider, Court loves her and knows she will carry out all orders without any regard for herself or her Team.
Soldier? What orders? Making spreadsheets of top 20 prescribers? Listening top 5 MC plans? Managing random people out to make up for shortcomings? Name on solid idea of plan? There isn’t one. Just someone who’s been on the east side of the business(finance, marketing anyone could do these roles) then transferring over to sales where there is accountability. Playing hot potato with excel and data doesn’t impact anything in a positive way. It just creates chaos. Smiling and speaking with an accent isn’t a skill.
Court will never wake up because KL will never stop sucking up to him, he loves it and she continues to get a paycheck- complete truth and anyone involved knows it’s the truth.
Haven't been on this site in close to a year. I am shocked that Hornsmacker is still around. How the hell is this even possible?!! It goes to show you that GSK continues to reward mediocrity. The dude actually embraced the coco selling model. Coco..are you f-ing kidding me???!!! That dude needs to go!
People please! In my many decades of work with the ycompany was once the pinnacle of our industry, I have never seen such a poor pathetic irrelevant manager. I really don’t care That she has a Lakehouse. I really don’t want to have coffee or cocktails with her. Without looking for is someone with real input in ground day to day voperations based on some form of reality. Reality does not come from a book or a desk. It comes from face-to-face interactions with our customers. This so-called leader would be escorted out of 99% of my offices with a sense of urgencyy! My prescribers simply call her bullshit what it is. A waste of time
Personally I’ve never been there but I hear it’s a Lakehouse. We have seen her in her “Basement” on our coffees and cocktails and regionals and and and. The lady has nothing to do but call conference calls. From my understanding she has never carried a bag or been in the field. From my understanding she is disrespected,considered foolish by virtually everyone below her position. I am included in that group! That is with the exception of those who decided to make a career out of getting promoted. In my decades of the worst management, she tops the list. Her conference calls consist of: OK, how’s it going out there? How is your family? In my numerous interactions with her, I personally have learned nothing. What I want is a leader. Someone who contributes to our success. A waste of conference calls only keeps us out of the field. I understand that many are unable to be in the field. However, those of us that can can help contribute to the bottom line of those that can’t. If indeed she want it success then, she would quit wasting our time. This is only my opinion. However, While I keep my mouth shut I hear complaints from everyone that works for her. Have been reviewing this site for a while. This is the first time I’ve spoken up. And that’s even after and during the days of Deidre. Stay safe out there and good luck!
