Exact sciences is losing folks left and right. Genomic health folks have quit or have been fired the past few months. Exact sciences folks are being let go.
Redwood City is a ghost town.
The Exact Sciences culture is terrible and it won’t change. The arrogance in Mgmt is toxic.
A bunch of lawyers over their head with no clear direction how to engage or operate. It’s all about the money here. Screw the employee!

I wouldn’t say there is any active effort to get rid of employees. I’d just say that there’s an ineptness in leadership - they can’t figure out what they want to do, and it really has nothing to do with COVID. The constant tinkering with everything over and over again is why people leave. They promise a great culture, but simply don’t deliver on it.

Challenger ruined the company. Has anyone noticed with Challenger, Pfizer, and the enormous expense of having a GI sales force the needle has not moved at all. What they are really missing is how frustrated this insane tactic makes not only our customers but professional sales people who use a blend of selling skills to gain business. Before some fool blasts me for saying something so outrageous , I am a top sales representative with this organization .I do not cram Challenger down my provider's throats. Many who do are failing miserably in sales. Pfizer contributes almost nothing. The Pfizer rep in my territory is inept.I think it was better when one rep called on both GI and PC.I don't see one bit of change from having a GI rep in my area.I believe if our old management was still here we would by now have achieved much greater market share. Most people loved the company then.I appreciate what KC has done to keep us on board during this time, but I am sad at what our strategy and culture has become. Get rid of Challenger. It is a ridiculous way to sell and so dated anyways.

The product is good. By far, the easiest sales job in the business. I blame upper management which is run by morons, therefore many managers are suck-ups trying to please them, therefore many reps trying to suck up as well. Pitiful place to work.

The product really is good, and there is a massive need in the disease state. This helps cover up the culture killing moves and failed initiatives from the top. I left a job of many years to come here, now to realize it was based on false promises. For patients’ sake, I hope we clean house and get better people in a position to make decisions about our future.

A new sales model doesn’t ruin a company. A poorly rolled out sales model, coupled with a Pfizer partnership that employs a completely different sales approach is what ruins a company and the customer experience. All that’s saving CG right now is CG itself. It’s certainly not anything being rolled out from HO.

Few really respect Pfizer for good reason. Some nice reps out there but the organization is everything that is wrong in pharma.

Somewhat hostile environment, more so an incompetent environment. Regional sales managers and training is the worst in the business. Pfizer saved the day for Exact.

Who are you pretending to be? No one in this company is called a Regional Sales Manager. Go back to your own board.

    Nice try troll
We do not have Regional Sales Managers here
    HMMM What a joke
Pfizer has some of the most incompetent reps I have ever seen . They are literally like here dr , will you sign my IPad!
They still do not understand what they should about Cologuard. If anything they give out inaccurate information that we have to damage control
Cannot wait until they are gone! They have not moved market share one bit. So obvious

The purchase of genomic health is a joke. Folks are leaving left and right in redwood city. It's a ghost town.
Exact sciences has no idea what to do with genomic health. It's turning out to be a joke. The culture at exact sciences sucks. Compliance and the lawyers running this company think they rule Madison. They think Exact is the next google. Cologuard is nothing special....

You sound like someone who looked up the 2 locations that we operate out of to try to sound legitimate, and then just threw out a bunch of unsubstantiated drivel. It’s obvious that you’re the “Regional Sales Manager” guy who was already debunked. You can move along now. No one cares what you have to say.

Amen! Fantastic product with great potential that’s being dragged down by inept senior commercial leadership.

Bingo. This product will never reach full potential until we throw out the pharma mindset and the VP level folks who don't know anything else.

No trust at this organization. Mgmt think they are smart and know what they are doing.
People are leaving left and right and so many folks are looking to leave. Complete joke of an organization. Cologuard=overrated

Upper management is so busy trying to be Abbie they have no idea what they are doing and don’t realize their pharma model doesn’t work. middle management, ad’s, and training are all just trying to keep a job. No one gives a shit about the reps. The environment is hostile and they are going to run it into the ground

MS doesn’t know what to do. It’s why you see initiatives announced and then never rolled or changed 5 weeks in. He’s throwing darts, and missing time and time again.

KC - you can get a better leader for this organization than MS. CG is amazing. Don’t let MS allow us to continue to wallow in mediocrity. His #1 goal is just to get his old Abbvie buddies jobs. It’s time for him to go. Please!
