It's been reincarnated. Same thing, different name. We at Amgen love to pay vendors for sales models so training will have something to do and TO will have things to measure.

We should just have a sales model that says, hey go sell all you can to docs for appropriate patients. If you sell a lot, we'll pay you. If all you can do is 4DX work and you can't sell much, we won't pay you.

Instead, as you will soon learn, we have a new iteration of the same old same old.

Met the new boss, same as the old boss.

 

Can't speak for other divisions, but with INBU, the way to maximize earnings is to be smooth talking about 4dx as opposed to actually selling anything. Award winners are best at faking it. We don't even track sales.

Can anyone tell me how we are doing at the territory, district and regional levels with Enbrel as of today? Of course not.

 

Bring back 4 dx , I love it, and my district really loves taking an hour or two every week talking about a bunch of nothing and listening to their selves talk!!

 

The way to earn in INBU has always been to sell very little, but play the game.

To make calls, do them with MAs. Enter calls for whole office.

When MAs are not available, drop of pack of brochures. Enter calls for whole office.

Talk a lot and talk late on 4DX calls.

Sales don't matter at all. Look who wins COY and other awards.
