  1. This thread is deliciously malicious and juicy with slander, libel and defamation. If I were Justin or Todd—or anyone else referenced here—I’d have a field day in court. Subpoena the provider, your IP address, conduct discovery, lay a claim in either a state or federal court and retire! No more regional vp breathing down my neck finally!!!!! Not that difficult. I could care less about Justin or Todd. But hot damn! Why do I say this? Wait for it....wait for it....Because my significant other is a hot internet attorney! For sure maybe I just outed myself a little and we’ve had all day to laugh about this while having a drink! The perks of furlough mother fu&3ers!!!!!

Justin and buddy, tell your internet attorney BF CP doesn’t record IP address or any identifying info with anonymous posts. Even if subpoenaed they have no info. Truth is an absolute defense to libel. Cheers

Fake education. Fake work history. Liar. Sociopath. Crashed and burned. Won't hold up to scrutiny.

Don't get me wrong, all of these things are true, but over time with mentoring and exposure to his father and other business leaders he may do alright. I'm not a fan, but I would guess that he is now getting all of the education that he can handle -- far better than the "Harvard" schooling he received ;)

Ummm OK. Why? Lipstick on a pig? Why not start with a decent human being with above average intelligence?

I think that people with above average intelligence and good genes can skip the whole college degree path and just get a brand name business certificate instead.

Good genes means "daddy provides all" right? Big NO on the intelligence.

This all sounds personal. Someone must have been cast aside or stepped on. It really doesn’t matter because Merit is a public company with big investors that are paying attention.

Fred is a solid businessman. He surrounded himself with good people and competent advisors. Unfortunately most are gone now.

As a father I feel sympathy for Fred. I cannot imagine the heartbreak of outliving your children. His surviving adult kids have their struggles too. Many tragic problems in that family. Justin is no business leader and a sad end to Fred’s legacy.

Fred has always surrounded himself with yes men and admirers.

Yes adult kids a mess. You would be messed up too if your dad was married and divorced five times like Fred.

Narcissists make better leaders than they make husbands or fathers. My condolences.

Joe Wright, Fred’s brother-in-law, is behind this commentary. He’s a creepy sinister ass. He’a been waiting in the wing for a decade or more. Guy is the epitome of dumb. Walks around the office and pretends he is in touch with China. He isn’t. His colorful commentary about how great his teams are in Asia is a complete exaggeration. Joe is a complete fool like his useless brothers.

Joe's an ineffectual tool. Justin is an effectual fool. Would have been so much cheaper for Fred to pay Justin to not work.
