Your Instagram post on June 10th was for public relations only. A review of people working at Galderma shows one black life in aesthetics at your company. Your other divisions have nominally a few more. The recent expansion you had in aesthetics produced no black lives. This is unacceptable and has been noticed. Your executives should have compensation at risk.

Diversity/inclusion is just one of the many problems in this company

I disagree. An email was just sent to us recently that said, “respect for the individual is one of Galderma’s core beliefs. We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels included and respected.” I think we are doing a super job.

I have to admit that when I first came here to aesthetics I was surprised at how few minorities there were. My initial training had two minority trainers but they’ve left the company. In my area we are all white and I know there is a black female rep plus a manager I think in Cali. My final interview was with the VP so maybe he hasn’t found one that he likes.

I doubt many blacks know Galderma exists. It would be interesting to see how many minorities have applied over the past ten years and how many have been hired.

If it is true that Galderma has so few blacks, your company is the perfect example of systemic racism.

Stfu with your race baiting bullshit, you are prob one of those antifa assholes in Seattle or Portland. Ever hear of most qualified person getting a job!

You STFU! your statement about the “most qualified getting a job” is an example of white privilege because you’re assuming blacks aren’t qualified and that is why your company has so few relative to the size of your company. Your arrogant.

Nothing is assumed you loser! You don’t get a job here because you didn’t qualify!thats why you are MAD! One thing I will say about galderma is they like to Win and hire hard working winners! You didn’t qualify! Stop blaming your skin color! Work harder and maybe one day!

Michael Cawthon should be promoted. That guy has the golden touch that Galderma needs Every new hire under his wing does amazing and it’s no surprise everyone loves his help. it’s about time they elevate a black manager to a role he deserves. That would be a first step in the right direction
