There are still postings open for positions? Has this process been on hold or is something else going on with hiring?

Trying to understand where the expanded indication will be promoted- have they not been in neuro offices already? Has it only been sold in LTC?

Has anyone interviewing for the neuroscience position heard anything after the interviewing with the hiring manager? It’ seems as if the position is on hold??

I had an interview with the recruiter and he said I would be interviewing with the hiring manager the following week . It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything about meeting with him. My friend in a different city was also told the same thing last week and she has yet to hear as well. I know you were referring to an interview after the hiring manager but it seems like they are very delayed with the process. The recruiter told my friend that the manager was super busy interviewing for other geographies.

I’m moving on to the video interview now and am on the west coast. Already had one phone interview.

I’ve already had phone screening and have an interview scheduled with the manager. For those of you wondering why it’s taking so long, they’re not planning on sending out offers until mid September with start dates in October.

No they stopped clinical trials for schizophrenia and major depressive disorder. This is discouraging because now there is no pipeline. Dementia is still a go. Seems like interviews have slowed down. I am on my third recruiter. I know people who had an initial screen last week. It is not calling on neuro only. Parkinson’s is neuro. Dementia will be geriatrics and some family medicine and dementia specialists. So a broad range which is cool.

If you actually are a manager you don't get to talk tough like this unless you are putting on your big boy pants and getting on a plane to do actual face to face interviews. Ot getting on a plane to go into accounts with reps (not that we want you there since we all know its a joke and you add nothing). Do you not see how if you are hiding in the basement like Joe Biden the hypocrisy of demanding reps to "make it happen"? Or are you just talking like this since you have gotten so used to us not being able to call you out on brazen stupidity in a zoom conference call you dont even realize what is and is not ridiculous anymore?

The person who has the interview scheduled with manager, what region are you in?

I too have my interview scheduled! My recruiter phone screen was the week of July 4th. My phone interview with the hiring manager is this coming week. I am in the Southeast!

Look at you - haven’t even started the job and already being a little whiny B ach. Wa wa wa. Look here donut dropper, you obviously can’t cut it and probably only can work in a POD sales model. This way you can blame teammates to cover your lack of performance. You are your own here and are expected to over perform.. Please don’t waist our time - you have I’ll be forced out in 6 months.

Is it too late to apply for a neuro position? On the East coast.

This hiring process is a total shit show. There is no communication or professionalism. Mixed talent who are the recruiters do not know which way is up. Total ghosting of candidates taking place. No consistency to what they say and what is done. Pretty pathetic.

Yep! Glad to see it’s not just me. Had what felt was a slam dunk phone screen, recruiter said they were referring me for a manager interview, even told me their name. And then crickets for over a week. Followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, nothing.

Actually interested and excited about the role. Would be a Damn shame to get ghosted and lost in the shuffle.
