Hate to burst your little brain here. Access is brutal in NY especially in the city regardless of CoVId. Unless you have actually worked here you don’t know, just like I don’t know what it’s like in the podunk backwoods town you hail from. CT is okay in some spots and I can’t speak for Rhode Island, but in reality who cares about RI. Agree that taxes should be more local based. The reason you don’t have income tax in NH, is population based. Barely 1.4 million across the state. Your services don’t need that much funding and you can get by.

fun fact with out NY and California the majority of this country would be worth nothing and they would have nothing. There would be no federal government. Except Texas they do okay.

And the offices that ARE worthy are tired of seeing all of us. Despite trying to space visits, I’ve been told our frequency and demand to see the doctor to get a signature is TOO MUCH and may end up getting us shut out for good.

Access is great in VFC offices for vaccine reps. They don't care, just want food.

Remember to bring a Fijita Bar for those really tough cases! Your food saves lives!

They cannot bring Fajita bars in MN. $50.00 per head per HCP in a given year. Oh yes zero access. Just a lot of driving around and taking pictures.

Access is tough in GA. Cases are rising and the offices that were open are starting too close down again. The few offices that are open are overwhelmed and tired of seeing us because the same reps visit them over and over. One told me they may put a stop to reps soon because according to him he has seen way more reps than normal, management and people from HQ. I don't know what companies are sending HQ out but apparently its happening.

All 300 of my doctors threw a party for me. Great access. Signs and banners saying, "Wellcome back GSK reps". Yeah a real difference I'm making out here. Had one Dr. almost pass out during a procedure. Thank goodness I catered in Chinese, the kung po chicken saved some lives that day! That and the chocolate kisses For the staff clearly on their death bed from diabetes and obesity. I made the difference. Thats's what I do to make them feel proud, just like the tune.

The only non-horrible access area in New England is CT. NH, ME, MA, and especially VT have been jokes for a decade. Doesn’t matter though, we still get paid to drive around and produce action plans

Isn't that the truth; talking to peers at other companies, it's the same..

There is nothing going on in the offices. Lots of driving around. The Covid vacation continues. Justifying my job daily.

New York City and the entire state of California are both shit holes. You people live like maggots on top of each other! My only concern is that life there is so bad that you will be flying like rats! We don’t want you, we don’t need you, so stay there and shut up!
