I won’t allow anyone from Ethicon, Covidien, or Applied in my OR. Intuitive is next. Hopefully my health system adopts the policy soon.

Please do block Ethicon. This company is a premium company and outrageously charging every hospital >40-50% higher compared to competitor products.

 

Where are you that you can ban reps?

If you have never been banned from an OR then you are not selling. Oh wait you don't sell you only service contracts

 

After 27 years at 54 one was banned from the company all together. It was such a value that they didn’t bump it to 55. KaKaKaKarma

Got banned out of a hospital again and it was an HPG account.

 

HPG doesn't have much control over smaller facilities anymore these days. Left and right smaller facilities were taken away by MDT. Even the bigger ones were taken away too.

HPG doesn't have strict compliance enforcements anymore. It is up to you as the sales reps to enforce.

In the end, lower cost always win

 

and that is why it’s hard to get another job if you stay at Ethicon too long, you are Wal-Mart of the medical device world. You forget how to sell and you rely on contracts to do everything for you.
Your the joke of the sales world, all you are is customer service reps and will all be replaced by a contracted sales force

 

Especially in the current unprecendented environment, it is a lot more COST EFFECTIVE and efficient for J&J to grow based on contracted sales force.
