    Is anyone else out there completely miserable with this company. I am doing the absolute minimum. I’m sure you will say “if you hate it here just leave” New openings are few and far between. I make no money, my comp plan is a joke, my manager is an ass, the toughest part of my job is making up stuff to tell my manager to look busy. Am I the only one feeling like this????

    I speak to a good amount of people around the country and everyone is feeling micromanaged and miserable. Add it how underpaid we all are and the situation is pure crap! I can’t wait to get out of here.

    It will be interesting to see what kind of musical chairs happens this fall...prediction is that they drop at least one division altogether. Which one? Remains to be seen but an educated guess would be that are trying to go down to one rep for all therapies instead of 3-4 reps per territory..

    Apparently, the regional managers had a meeting today and had to rank their teams. Was told they are going to merge the LTC and medical into 1 field force starting 1/21. Merge period will be nov and December. Will cut down to 1 rep per territory and 10 total Regions with about 12 reps per region.

    That’s not the popular choice, but it’s the right one. If the HMS unit has any chance of surviving, let alone being profitable (with products other than diapers)-it must start making cuts in the form of layoffs. Legacy tena reps are paid significantly less (& seem to be a less educated group), so they will probably be the ones that they keep them around.

    Ugh these posts are so depressing. Yet I’m feeling the same way. I have heard there are Tena reps that are making high salaries and they’ve been selling diapers into LTC for Crap sakes. The acute reps are far more responsible for so many things on their backs. And significantly underpaid. So there is solid truth that layoffs are coming?
