Looking for honest feedback. How is the morale? Do you guys see yourselves here in 5 years. I think amnion company acquisition was a good move to compete with Mimedx. It looks to me that there may be a package deal to sell to a larger player later. I really don't care that you don't like your boss or snacks at the meetings.
    Thanks for the feedback!

Where are we going to be in 5 years? Not here. We just lost $64 million dollars last year. More losses expected. Affinity is toast. And this ride ends when pass thru is done in 2020.

Great Morale. Just ask any executive. If you want the truth ask the field. you will love our quotas.

Honest feedback ... NuShield is crap. We have no data and no coverage. It's just another me too amnio product on the market. Docs caught on a long time ago. They're no longer interested. As for PPAM, it's an ok product but we lost a lot of our GPO contracts because Antonio and his team conveniently forgot to tell Dignity, Premier and other GPO people about the sudden price increase after we were awarded pass through for a 2nd time. Physicians are upset because we increased our price after pass through, then increased when we were awarded pass through again and once we're off pass through again, we all know the prices will go right back up, significantly. Apligraf and Dermagraft are good products but are considered old school with NO new data. As for company culture, it's so-so. Nothing exciting. We're definitely considered to be "just a number" ... there is a 'put your head down and do your job' mentality. don't ask any questions and "do what you're told".
