    The sexual conduct and harassment is a problem. A director was moved to the West because he couldn’t stop sleeping with reps, customers and married managers in the East. How can you trust unethical leaders? He’s now doing the same thing but in a different area.
    The married manager was promoted.
    Everyone knows and laughs it off.
    A judge and a few husbands might not think its funny. HR keeps turning over so nothing happens.

    HR should be concerned about the managers who are sleeping with their reps... Happening everywhere. It just gets ignored.

    Why does this surprise anyone? It's just sex. We all enjoy it. Sounds like a win/win for everyone involved.

    If spouses are involved, then the marriage was fucked up anyway and doomed to fail for some other reason. Just work, fuck, and have fun. Sounds awesome.

    Looks like Galderma has a HUGE HR problem from this thread. Time to clean house, I believe. The protected should no longer be protected.

    Our leaders now are sociopaths only concerned with making money so they can give it all to wealthy investors. Patients don't matter. Employees are a disposable commodity. It's all about making rich people richer. This is the new corporate Galderma. It's a modern slave labor!

    I can't speak for sales, but life is miserable at corporate. It doesn't matter who you work for. It's all bad. The majority of new hires are misfits. Flemming’s minions are all disasters. Great people have left or are being pushed out. The ones staying are either lazy or can’t find a job in a reputable company.
