They won't be layoffs, more weeding out the lower performers. Better hope you and your manager are on the same page because they had to force rank us all. All of you all that have been bitching on this site about how you hate this place may have the door opened for you to leave.

 

They will keep all the older employees. Especially the Females. If you are younger and they think you can land on your feet you will be gone regardless of performance.

I’m so sick of the bs here. The buttress business is saturated and now we are developing a stapler? Why? The suture contracts are tied to the stapler contracts. Waste of time and money. Fairly well

 

Where did you hear we're developing a stapler? We can't even get added indications for products we have so because Wil doesn't want to spend the time and money. A stapler would be years of FDA red tape and money. I think you may actually be believing the bullshit you're worried about.

 

a stapler would require actual R&D (non existent in Adv Srg)...no way that occurs before you quit or are laid off..... ain't nobody got time for that
