To the Precicion MED Team. Congrats you guys are awesome you have really pulled together and in just one quarter of us f”fixing the problem” you have made plan and exceeded plan. Of course the TKI team helped to shift the business but now you just might be lucky enough to keep your job. Is this a fluke? Is Precision MED really fixed and a upward trajectory? I think the Charlie Brennan is what really helped....wait I’ve got just two things for you....PM team never did suck and you shouldn’t have come in with an assessment of the team on Week 1 based on rumor and innuendo from those outside our team!

The Vitrakvi team is not a fun team to be on. Demetrius micro manages the hell out of us and our managers seem miserable.
Everyone is looking to leave. No one is here because they believe it’s a great company with great leadership because it’s not......

 

Not sure who posted this but it’s 100%. Correct. The Mgrs were told to make sure they emphasize Vitrakvi team won’t have layoffs...why you ask... because they are coming. HQ already working on.

This company has been at the bottom of the class for years, seriously what do we have, NOTHING!!! Monsanto disaster, no pipeline, terrible leadership and NO future people. I just secured a real job with a top oncology company, $45,000 more in salary, LTI, bonus guaranteed for one full year, nice company car, and MORE importantly a future.........Get out people when you have a job.......

 

Hopefully Carey is miserable. He’s a Backstabber.

 

All the mgrs who left are happy it’s the miserable ones still left here if you had to work under Demetrius or Tim would you be happy? They need to clean house of poor Mgmt!

 

If you are in Oncology, it means you have no talent and are in hiding. Seeing no providers for months at a time and detailing nurses is why you do it. You are worthless and couldn’t get a job in any other specialty that would require you to actually sell something. If it was up to me, there would not be a sales team in Oncology. Just mail the office the info.

 

I agree. Bayer might be the smartest company within Oncology by not paying reps well. Why pay them a ton of money when they don’t do anything? One of my close friends works in that division and brags how she works 10 hours a week.
