Hey everyone - I’m new here, sales exec from Philly changing industries, and have an intro call with a Teleflex recruiter this coming week. I cold called my way into that meeting, and I’m curious to hear any recent feedback from sales reps at Teleflex.

It looks like a lot of the feedback is negative but is also at least a few years old. Anyone have feedback to share on the current state of a Teleflex?

Sure, don’t do it. You’ll thank me later.

With the state of elective surgeries, i'd recommend to look elsewhere. Comp plans have been reduced for Q2 and who knows what Q3 and Q4 will look like from a compensation point of view. Their hope is elective surgeries will begin again and will start to order again - but the starting point is the unknown. Since most of the devices are in the "reusable" market, hospitals are looking at a more robust disposable option - especially now with the fear of not properly cleaning a device that could have been with a covid patient.
    Just my thoughts

Don’t do it. Terrible place, terrible products, terrible leadership.
