    I’ve never seen a worst interview process than here. 20 interviews to get an offer is beyond ridiculous. If you can’t make a decision on hiring an employee, then imagine the incompetence making important strategic decisions about the future of the organization.

    I turned down the offer because I have no confidence in the leaderships ability to make a decision. Good luck.

    Right choice! This is the weakest group of mgrs you’ll ever witness. The RD’s are no better. There are DM’s here that have zero experience in mgt, weren’t successful here or at previous companies in a sales role and that can’t hold even a productive team. It’s the worst mgrs I’ve seen in eye care. Good luck elsewhere but you most likely will be ok cause you saw this dumpster fire and ran!

    It’s a joke and a waste of everyone’s time and energy. They’re a pitiful crew so they put on a show to make themselves seem important. They also do that hoping that it makes the job opportunity seem SO special and selective they need to go through these major gyrations. Then if you get it they act like you’re “so”
    lucky to be chosen when all along they have to scrape for candidates! All for show...literally the worst place in eyecare pharma right now.

    Definitely can't call many of their recent hires the "best of the best" as they called us in the past. Aerie does realize that the "best of the best" don't take under 90k for a base salary like many of the no experience stooges you recently hired have taken. Please stop calling around Maria. We don't like you. We will keep smiling and lying to you. You are a bad human being and so very annoying. Your ideas are not good. Do you really think you are going to get the truth through your little interrogations. Get a brain. Please go away.

    I know right. The harder she tries to get us to like and trust her it does just the opposite. Those close to her will share that she is not happy about all this cafepharma stuff. She hates reading the truth about herself on here daily.

    Absolutely... if the saying is true you are only as strong as your weakest link then we are in trouble... have a conversation with a couple of the DM's Maria hired in the SouthEast... one has a rock for a brain another only had to put best friend with Maria on her resume to get the job... serious issues with those links in the chain...

    Agreed. She hires bad managers because she doesn’t know what good talent looks like. She’s been very unsuccessful and doesn’t understand that lack of respect she has from the field.

    Stop bashing Maria. The SE IS #1. So obviously The majority of her team wants to do well for her. You must be one of the ones who got fired.

    I interviewed with a manager named Ricky but he ended up going with a male rep who was new to the territory. I have some good friends that are eye doctors in the territory and they told me the guy Ricky hired is an egotistical jerk who speaks down to women. These doctors will no longer see this new Aerie rep, they make him send his iPad back and will sign for samples but will no longer talk to him. What’s sad is when this guy Ricky was their rep they liked him and referred me to him when he was promoted to the manager. After reading these boards it looks like a dodged a bullet not being offered the Job. Good luck to you all.

    Ricky was hired by Maria who is the worst RD in all of eye care... 75% of her hires as DM have been highly questionable... no DM’s left in her Region from when she back stabbed her predecessor ... they all bailed or she fired them for to put her buddies into the role

    True. If MZ hired them they were not qualified. She ran all those people off. Her hires have been made up just like her goals which is why her numbers look good. How are reps that were in the 80’s and 90’s last quarter now in the top 10? These people are idiots and they don’t think we can see what’s going on.
